Everyone I spoke to was really nice, and I was able to get my flute serviced quickly. The instrument repair person is there on Wednesdays and Saturdays. They did a pretty good job, but definitely didn't polish my flute, which I was kind of disappointed about, especially since I asked it to be thoroughly cleaned (this was also indicated on my service ticket they typed up). I was able to polish it myself after I got it back with a silver polishing cloth that I had to purchase. They have a huge variety of instruments, accessories, and books! It does seem to be more catered to guitars/percussion, but they still had a decent selection for woodwinds and brass. They also have tons of teachers that do private lessons. I will definitely be returning if I need anymore repairs done, as they did a nice job with those!

When We met he gave the bass a thorough inspection and walked me through the work that needed to be done. He also suggested that the bass be shielded to eliminate a really bad buzz. He was upfront about what NEEDED immediate attention vs. what he simply recommended. I ended going with all of his recommendations, but appreciated the fact that he didn't try to up sell me on unnecessary repairs. I also love the fact that he was able to complete the work in a couple of days. The sound and feel are A+++ and the buzz is now non existent.
