I got a response from Mark on 05/11/24, and we talked on the phone for over 5 minutes to discuss the location of the house, the best time to do the inspection, and the prices. He was patient as I asked many questions, and I never felt rushed. We decided to the home inspection on 05/13/24. On 05/12/24, it rained very hard, and I was concerned about the new house since it is located next to a drainage system. Fortunately, Mark was doing another home inspection in the area and dropped by to take some pictures for me, mind you, I did not even ask him to do so. He just thought it was a good idea to do so since he was in the area. He sent pictures and confirmed that the basement was not affected. I appreciate this so much as it gives me a peace of mind.
