Since then I've had 4 new batteries since 2016... it was the alternator the entire time and no one bothered to check, even after I asked them too. I've had to pay for several of these batteries because they were just past warranty. They completely removed the airbag sensor from my passenger's seat (is that legal?). They've tried to charge me for extra services I don't need, saying my break fluid is dirty and needs to be changed, my breaks are bad, when I've just had it serviced by another company. If it's not under warranty, don't come here!!!!!!

I started at a different dealership and wasn't happy with the salesman. I decided to drive the 45 minutes here from Gloucester Township. I knew what I wanted so I came prepared. My salesman name was Alan. Alan was the perfect mix of knowledge, assertive but not aggressiveness and personality. I read the previous reviews, sure, the Finance manager was nice , she had great reviews but I didn't buy my car here because of her highlighting skills and protection plan knowledge. I bought my car here because of Allen. He related to me and he treated me like a person, not just a sale. More importantly, I related to him and he made me feel comfortable that he knew what he was talking about and that he wanted me to get the best deal I could. The car buying process isn't my favorite but I love my new Carbon edition Turbo CX-5. I was inclined to write a review specifically about Allen because of the way I felt dealing with him. His partner Doug helped him at times when he was busy, and Doug is a nice guy, but I made my purchase at Chapman because of my initial experience dealing with the salesman. The building itself it beautiful, clean, friendly and filled with stock and it made the car buying process a lot easier than the previous 4 dealerships I went to last week. The sales manager, Mike was a nice friendly person also and everyone there made me feel good about this dealership. If you are looking for a new vehicle, first off, go with a Mazda! The price for what you get is top notch! And the people there made the experience better. And for the record, I don't know any of them or had ever been there before but I went with them even though I had a slightly better deal to a place that was closer to my home because they were better at what they do than the other dealership down the pike.

Disappointing and Costly Misdiagnosis…read more I brought my vehicle to Boardwalk Honda due to a humming noise and went on a test drive with the shop foreman. I was told the tires were the issue and needed replacement. Trusting their diagnosis, I spent $900 replacing all four tires elsewhere. The noise remained. When I returned, I was then told the real problem was a faulty front left wheel bearing, which would be replaced under warranty. This clearly shows the initial diagnosis was incorrect and resulted in an unnecessary expense. This experience significantly damaged my trust in Boardwalk Honda's service department. I expected far more accurate diagnostics from an authorized dealership.

My review is for Atlantic CJF service department. I too have had my fair share of less than desirable experiences with different shops, But this time was different at ACJF. Recently had a check engine light come on and the vehicle went into Limp mode. I had to find the closest dealership at it was them. Called on the road and they said bring it in. Checked me in in less than 20 minutes. He was very clear that if the problem was not covered under warranty it would be a $250 fee for diagnostics. Called me the next day to let me know it was covered EGR problem. Picked it up 3 days later and in addition they replaced the fuel pump because of a open recall. Mike was my service rep and communication was clear and often through the process. Quick, friendly, honest, well done ACJF!

From the moment we arrived to look at the cars, Hanna was there to answer every question and show us anything we were interested in. She was very polite, educated, well trained, and had everything covered. She did not pressure us on any vehicle and understood exactly what we were looking for. We did a few test drives with her and she demonstrated all the car features. She was very pleasant and listened to our feedback. A few weeks back, Hanna was with us for several hours as well and never made us feel like we were taking up her time. She assured us she gave us all the rebates and discount available for that model. There was no hidden fees and the numbers were accurate. She handle all the insurance changes and then set up all the apps online to use as one of the benefits of owning a Chevy.
