Our customer experience manager was Hanna Clayton who was brand new to the company and the car dealership world, but you would have not even known that unless she told you. From the moment we arrived to look at the cars, Hanna was there to answer every question and show us anything we were interested in. She was very polite, educated, well trained, and had everything covered. She did not pressure us on any vehicle and understood exactly what we were looking for. We did a few test drives with her and she demonstrated all the car features. She was very pleasant and listened to our feedback. A few weeks back, Hanna was with us for several hours as well and never made us feel like we were taking up her time. She did an inventory search and located a car that matched exactly what we wanted and said it be in soon and she would call us. The day that car arrived she texted us immediately to schedule a test drive. We came down there as scheduled and there was Hanna waiting for us right on time and no hold ups. Our future purchase was waiting for us right up front and ready to cruise. Hanna had our paperwork ready to review to show us the breakdown of the numbers and incentives. She assured us she gave us all the rebates and discount available for that model. There was no hidden fees and the numbers were accurate. She also made sure that our trade-in was not low balled and offered us more money than another dealership. After agreeing and signing the deal, Hanna continued to make our experience epic. She handle all the insurance changes and then set up all the apps online to use as one of the benefits of owning a Chevy. She also set up our OnStar and did a final goodbye as we drove away in our brand new Chevy! We would like to express how amazing Hanna was and Bennett Chevy lucked out finding a great person to grow within their company. We look forward to another experience in the future with her! We took our SUV to CarToyz because the hood and roof had become dull after of going through so many car washes using brushes and harsh detergents combined with UV. Our vehicle was returned in worse shape than when we brought it in! When we dropped off our SUV, the hood was dull had minor scratches, but not it was not excessively scratched, color was consistently green, but dull. What Distinctive CarToyz returned to us was excessive scratch marks carved in the front hood and the green color removed/gone (see the photos). They also managed to remove the paint finish around the ignition switch. The interior of the car smelled like they had spilled an entire bottle of Windex inside. Clearly, the job was not in the wheelhouse. To add insult to injury they removed the car dealership decal on the back and put on their own Distinctive CarToyz business frame (see photo) around the back license plate. Blatantly corrupt to have people think we purchased our Tahoe from them and not from a reputable dealership. They are any but reputable. We took our SUV to our car dealer and for only a couple hundred dollars more than what CarToyz charged us ($1,500), Bennett Chevrolet made our SUV look brand new!

U-pull-it style junkyard where you can find cheap parts for your older used vehicles…read more After paying the $1 entrance fee to the man at the counter, proceed thru the meat locker style plastic strips out into the junkyard. Once inside you are free to walk the yard & search for the part you need. Make sure to come prepared knowing exactly what part you need (and more importantly what model number/size) and bring the proper tools. Work gloves & a hand truck would be helpful too, although they do have carts for use for a $2 fee. There are definitely hundreds, if not thousands, of vehicles here. So it's likely you'll be able to find what you need! On this particular day I went with my husband in search of a tire rim for our 2004 Chrysler van. We walked & walked & walked... finding lots of Chrysler vans along the way, but all of them already having been striped of their tires/rims. We finally located what we came for at the very back of the yard. Only cost us $20 for the rim & tire attached (which was flat)... which is much better than the $150 our mechanic would have charged for a brand new rim. They are the only junkyard in the area open on Sundays. The staff is incredibly helpful & friendly. Could even see this place be used as a great backdrop for some artsy photos. Would def check this place out before buying an auto part brand new!

I bought a used car here and I was having the BEST experience. I was so excited that I finally found the car i had been searching for, for the past 4 months. My dad came with me to check out the car. He heard a bit of a strange noise, (I was not hearing it at the time) The salesman and manager reassured myself and my father that it was normal and okay. I ended up purchasing the used car and went on my way. As time went on, about 4 months into me owning the car, I finally hear that strange "Knocking noise" my dad had been talking about and it got a lot louder. I go back to the dealership, they check it out. I get a phone call saying "You might need a new engine". WHAT, this car only had 28,000 miles on it. I had my oil changed etc, I kept up on the maintenance. CLEARLY, there were problems with this car before I purchased it and I probably NEVER should of bought it in the first place. Boardwalk Honda handled it well, luckily my car was still under warranty, and Boardwalk Honda gave me a rental car for free, for the month my car was getting the engine rebuilt. About a year and a half later, I have a minor Oil leak in the engine, okay here I am thinking it is okay and it happens. Paid the amount without thinking it had to do with the engine rebuild. NOW to this current day, 2 1/2 YEARS later I'm STILL DEALING with OIL LEAKS in the engine, and this is a severe one. I do keep up with regular maintenance. This car should of never been allowed to be driven off the lot or EVEN sold. Boardwalk Honda sold me a lemon! read more

7/26/19 I leased my Honda Fit on 7/20/19... Julianne was my salesperson and Rocco my finance person..My transaction was somewhat complicated because my son from out of state was my co-signer so getting all the paperwork signed ahead of time by him meant..I'm sure...a lot of extra phone calls and paperwork back and forth for both Julianne and Rocco..At all times they were very professional...knowledgable...friendly and kind... and never once made me feel they were doing any additional work to facilitate my transaction.... Dealing with these caring professionals...who both also have a great sense of humor...made this the best car transaction I've ever had..and at 73 yrs old I've had a lot of them.. And I should add that I live just shy of one mile from another Honda dealership...but chose to travel almost 30 miles away to deal with Broadway Honda...I could not have made a better decision!!!!!!!! I was vacationing in Ocean City, NJ when I ripped the front bumper off my car at the seams because it got caught by a protruding rebar bolt on a parking space bumper. I rigged it up and got it to Boardwalk Honda. A woman from the service department (I should have gotten her name) took a look at it, helped get it back in place and replaced the necessary clips and screws. When I said we should go back inside and settle up she told me no charge! I explained that since I lived in Maryland there was no way I could come back and give them repeat business - stating again I was fully prepared to pay for their service. She stated she had the time, had the parts, and it wasn't that big of a deal. I'm hoping that this review will somehow pay back the kindness and generosity of Boardwalk Honda, and if I lived near Egg Harbor this would be my Honda dealer. read more

Boardwalk Honda is by far the best car dealer experience! The staff is engaging and warm, without being pushy. That's hard to find at a car dealer! Carol Miceli was amazing. If you are looking for an awesome ride...choose a Honda. I am now enjoying my second Honda Odyssey and will never go back to a car w/trunk and a lack of space. Consumer Reports feels this is the safest minivan on the road and service is just as gracious as the sales people who sold me the car. You know what I mean..right? Sales are usually very mannerly and treat you special but as soon as you purchase car, the 5 Star Treatment is done. The service department has a bunch of good people who , if you're a decent person they seem to treat you well and fair. They tried to send me pictures from every other angle but the one with the damage. I countered with the same angles proving they were full of it. Lucky for me I found the original photos they posted which in hind sight, when you zoom in you can see they tried to cover it. But it's all good, the law will handle this.

Although we had already purchased our new vehicle elsewhere, he sincerely apologized for our experience and addressed another issue we had discovered--that the replacement tires previously sold to us were not the correct tires for our vehicle. He refunded the full cost of those tires and also offered us complimentary service for the next three years on the car we purchased at another dealer. I believe it's important to recognize when a business takes responsibility and genuinely tries to make things right. The general manager's response was sincere, professional, and appreciated. I also want to recognize the service department. Throughout our ownership experience, they consistently took good care of us, and that positive experience was one of the reasons we returned when it was time to buy another vehicle. While the incorrect tire installation was a significant mistake, I believe the way the general manager handled it demonstrated accountability and a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction. Our sales experience remains disappointing, and it ultimately cost the dealership our business. However, because of the professionalism shown afterward, I felt it was only fair to update my review to four stars to reflect both the negative experience and the meaningful effort that was made to correct it. Original review: We were loyal customers of this dealership for nearly three years. We purchased our previous vehicle there, returned for every oil change and scheduled service, and even bought a full set of replacement tires from them. Ironically, during our recent visit we learned from members of their own sales team that those tires were not even the correct tires for our vehicle. When it came time to purchase another vehicle, we gave them the first opportunity to earn our business. We brought the window sticker for the exact vehicle we wanted so there would be no confusion and we could compare offers fairly. The proposal we received was astonishing. The selling price was more than $6,000 above MSRP, our trade-in was valued $7,500 lower than a competing dealer's offer, additional markups were included, and we were told they couldn't obtain factory options that another dealer readily provided. In total, their proposal was more than $13,000 higher than the competing offer for the identical vehicle. What disappointed us most wasn't simply the price--it was how we were treated. After we questioned the numbers, the sales manager suddenly reduced the price by $11,400. That dramatic change made it difficult to believe the original offer had been fair. We purchased our new vehicle from another dealership that day. We understand that dealerships compete on price, and we don't expect every dealer to have the best offer. We do expect honesty, transparency, and appreciation for loyal customers. After purchasing a vehicle there, servicing it exclusively there, and returning in good faith to buy another, this experience left us feeling that our loyalty simply didn't matter. Unfortunately, we can no longer recommend this dealership.

Both Luke and Tony, along with manager Chris were extremely easy to work with and there were no hidden fees (unlike another Atlantic City dealership I recently purchased from) and they got me an excellent finance rate. I am extremely satisfied with this purchase and the customer service experience. I would purchase from them again and highly recommend them.

In more than 45 plus years as a former Dealer since retired in 2012 I have never done business with…read morea fellow Dealer who Finalized a transaction, swappped titles to the vehicles involved and received all monies due to them only to decide to research the trade in after the fact and decided to simply cancel the deal on their own. The transaction was negotiated over a couple of weeks and each party exchanged photos and info on each others vehicles and the Dealer came back with an offer for trade with me which I accepted after much back and forth and then I wired the difference of $32,000 and FED Ex'd the Dealer the title to the trade in and made arrangements for the vehicle I purchased, a 1968 Ford Mustang Shelby GT 500 KR Tribute. They agreed in writing executed by both parties to sell their vehicle for $92,000 and offered me $60,000 for my trade in. If a customer enters into a transaction with a Dealer and then attempts to cancel a deal they are told too bad as the deal is binding and final. This Dealer feels they can simply attempt to cancel the deal with no consequences. They have my money, they have the title to the trade in and they refuse to release my 1968 Mustang Convertible to me and they cancelled the pick up of their trade in. I have began filing complaints with the New Jersey MVC as well as the B.B.B. of New Jersey and others to follow. Dealers are contracturally bound just as a consumer is and they need to do all reserach they find neccessary before they execute and finalize a transaction. (Bill of Sale). I have advised them that the Deal is Final and I WILL NOT renegotiate the deal that both parties agreed to on or about 08/31/2024. I would be very leary in doing any deal involving a trade in with this Dealer because they feel they can undo any deal if they decide they offered more than they should've for a trade in. In closing, their own Bill of Sale states and I quote...." Purchaser agrees that this order includes all of the terms and conditions hereof, that this order cancels and supercedes any prior agreement written or oral. This order shall not become binding until accepted by the DEALER or his authorized representative. I make this purchase knowingly without any guarantee expressed or implied, by this dealer or his agent" Translation as I read this statement is that this Bill of Sale if FINAL and no oral or written statement by either party applies once this contact is executed regardless of claims by either party. This Dealer doesn't believe this applies to them! The Dealer simply decided they wanted to undo and void the deal without consequences.because they had Sellers Remorse.
