DO NOT USE THIS DEALERSHIP: I normally do not write reviews on businesses, but in this case I wanted to make an exception. I'm going to tell 3 stories about this dealership that will show you what kind of experience you can expect. Story 1: I am currently leasing a Kia Sportage and at the time of transaction I was given a special offer from another dealership to include a maintenance package in my lease which would give me free oil changes/tire rotation and full inspections for life of lease (otherwise I would never service my vehicle at a dealership as I know they are usually money traps). In order to redeem this offer, the kia dealership is responsible for calling Kia Services directly and getting approval for any maintenance done on the car before doing any work, to ensure it's done under the plan, which I explained very clearly to Manahawkin Kia. I came to pick up my vehicle and they were trying to charge me for the entire service, which was around $200. I asked them if they called Kia, they claimed they did call and that Kia told them my plan does not cover it. Me knowing that's a complete lie (because I've serviced it 3 times prior at dealerships in SC) I called Kia myself, only to find out that Manahawkin Kia never called them. So they deliberately didn't follow protocol from their own company and lied directly to my face to make matters worse. Called them back, they called me back, "oh sorry it was covered after all" with no acknowledgement of being caught in a lie. Story 2: A year after the first incident with them, I decided to give them another chance to service my vehicle. I made an appointment at 8am for a routine oil change service for my 2022 Kia Sportage. After 4 hours passed, I called for an update. "Oh sorry the worker is at lunch, it will be done after lunch." 2 more hours passed and I asked the status of my oil change for my scheduled 8am appointment, "oh they're still working on it". They called me back at 3:30 pm to tell me that my car would be done in 30 minutes, at this moment I knew that this meant they were just starting it and that the 30 minutes is the amount it takes them to do an oil change if they actually did their job. Got there at 30 minutes, wasn't ready, finished at 4:30, so an 8.5 hour oil change on a scheduled appointment. Not only did they rush the job but they didn't follow protocol again (see story 1 in other post) because they didn't rotate my tires which is clearly part of my service offer. I also had let them know that I believed I had a slow leak in my tire and they assured me they checked it and did all the tests. Story 3: Fast forward 4 days later, my tire that I mentioned could have a slow leak now has a tire pressure of 26 after being filled to 36 during the oil change. My break light caution light is now on. I bring it in telling them I need it fixed right away, and David at the service desk says well without an appointment that's hard to do, and I said "I was here 4 days ago with a scheduled appointment at 8am and it took you 8.5 hours, so hopefully this time you can prioritize it." They complete the job in 2 hours, says they fixed everything, 1 hour later my break light caution is back on. At this point I read the report on my car from the service a week ago vs today for my own amusement only to find that it was as if I was looking at 2 different car reports. You would never even know it was the same vehicle from a week ago. So either their mechanics are incompetent OR they are just checking boxes because they don't care (see pics attached with date stamp). Icing on the cake, even though we have icing everywhere at this point, they quote me for a windshield wiper arm replacement (chipped mine while installing new blades), they quote it at $280. Found the piece on my Amazon for $15 and installed myself. This dealership is a joke and is taking advantage of an affluent demographic of customers who probably aren't looking close enough, can't even imagine the amount of people they have ripped off. Please save yourself, this dealership does not care about you, your time, or your money. STAY AWAY.

The service was amazing! Dillon was great and very helpful with assisting my purchase, being sure to not go over my price limit, and there were more than enough cars to choose from. The process was easy and quick, everyone is so friendly there as well!

He was super friendly, didn't pressure me at all, and genuinely listened to what I was looking for. I told him I'd stop in later that day, and when I arrived, he had hand-picked a 2021 Jeep Willys Unlimited that I instantly fell in love with. We went over the numbers, came to a fair deal, and I was driving away within an hour. I remember saying it then, and I'll say it again now--Erik is NOT your typical car salesman. He's honest, informative, and really cares about his customers. Fast forward to today, I just went back and picked up a RAM 1500 Big Horn Night Edition, and of course, Erik was my guy once again. Just like the first time, he was knowledgeable, honest, friendly, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Also, a huge shoutout to Chris in finance--he was fantastic to work with. Transparent, patient, and didn't try to sneak anything in or pressure us into extras. He thoroughly explained everything and made sure we were comfortable every step of the way. Whether you're in the market for a Jeep, RAM, Chrysler, or Dodge, I cannot recommend Erik and the entire Manahawkin team enough. This dealership has earned a customer for life! -- CJ

I contacted Causeway Honda for an appointment to bring in my mom's CRV for service. Their website was pretty easy to use to schedule the oil change and B service. In fact, I was able to drop it off later that afternoon. When my mom and I dropped off, I spoke to Matt and was assured that the technician would do a multi-point inspection in conjunction with the service that was due. We hopped across the street for lunch, and as we were finishing up, my phone rang. Matt said there were a few other things on the CRV that needed attention. I went back across the street to the service bay. Matt and the technician were kind enough to point out (while the car was on the rack) exactly where the vehicle needed attention. We had a leaking axle seal, leaking and overdue transmission filter, original drive belt needed replacement, and the air and cabin filters were both past due. Matt and I discussed how best to address the overdue maintenance items, working with me to make sure that my spend in the service department would address the most urgent and impactful items. Matt also offered that Causeway would be able to get the parts and complete the services in time for the next morning. The car was ready, right on time the next morning. Thanks Matt for helping get my mom back on the road and helping me worry about one less thing when I was out taking care of my mom.
