My construction date was 11/23/2020 and I figured the holiday, covid, the weather or some combination was going to get in the way. I called to confirm the week before and it turned out that the weather cooperated. Austin was the best! He called early Monday morning to double check his supplies matched my order and he never stopped working until it was done! Professional, friendly, clean, courteous and FAST. He did in 7 hours of work what it would have taken me 7 weeks to do myself. He was able to center my door (not to spec) and did a great job with the ramp that had to be positioned to handle a pretty steep slant in the yard. Gave me some good instructions on what needed to be caulked and cleaned up everything when he left. I'm very satisfied with the results.

She knew it wasn't returnable and didn't give me the heads up that I shouldn't take a chance that it wouldn't fit and I would be stuck with it. On top of that, she told the contractor that I wanted the brick tile stacked in my shower when I explicitly told her that I wanted it horizontal brick pattern. So I'm stuck with that too. Even after I spent all that money at the Kohler store the manager and the owner, Joe Rotskoff, were such jerks and acknowledge how I was misled and ripped off. I would not recommend anybody to deal with the Kohler store in Indianapolis.

The Kohler hardware was purchased from Donnie Briggs at Kohler, and the tilework and installation was done by Mark Groce. Mark has strong attention to detail from getting the grout mix and color to carefully placing each tile. The process could take a while since some of the items needed may need to be custom cut. We're incredibly happy with the craftsmanship and quality of the finished shower. I highly recommend both Donnie Briggs for hardware and Mark Groce for his construction/installation work and both of them are great with design and attention to detail. I recommend future clients to be involved in the construction process, as it helps with communication and decisions. I would gladly work with both Donnie and Mark again for any future projects.

The first project I needed done was some siding repair and a rebuild of a little gate out front, as well as repair of some rotted wood on my front steps. I obtained quotes from 5 different companies (well, tried to - two of the companies came, wrote down my information, and never sent an email or called). Jason responded with a very reasonable, professional, written quote within 48 hours (might have even been 24, it was a while ago, I can't remember now). He responded to every text message I sent immediately, showed up at EXACTLY the time he said he would, and the work was performed quickly and perfectly. Obviously I called him again for the next thing I needed done (overhead racks in the garage). Again, responded to every message and phone call, showed up when he said he would, did the work quickly and perfectly. Oh, and they are all super professional and nice and trustworthy and I literally took a nap in my room while they were working in the house, so there's that too. Not to sound overly effusive, but I am on project six with Fishers Remodeling and they have literally been flawless. Like, every other contractor is pretty much ruined for me. The one tragic part of this is now they are going to get super popular and start remodeling three million dollar mansions and I will never get them to assemble a Murphy bed for me again and then I'll have to start all over.
