Such a fun local find in Pico Rivera! I visited ChapMayan Coffee and loved discovering a Guatemalan-owned coffee shop that celebrates Guatemalan culture and heritage. I tried the Mayan Latte and La Olla Latte, and both were delicious and a fun change from the typical coffee shop drinks. I also loved the cozy atmosphere and the cultural touches throughout the space. I'm always looking for Latino-owned businesses to support and share around Southern California, and ChapMayan is definitely one I'd recommend adding to your coffee list. I stumbled upon this lovely cafe with my sister on a whim for breakfast, and it turned out to be such a charming spot! The ambiance was cozy and quaint, making it the perfect place to relax and enjoy a meal. Just visited ChapinMayan for the first time, and we absolutely loved it! The simplicity of the shop, the beautiful art, and the easygoing atmosphere made it such a great spot to relax and enjoy a good cup of coffee. Speaking of coffee--delicious! Rich, smooth, and clearly crafted with care. We also shared a breakfast sandwich on sourdough (can't quite recall the name), but it was amazing!
