Poor customer Service- Not many options. Small place, that offers many Mexican goodies. Menu seems full of options, however when you ask for Pico de Gallo, they don't have Mango. Explain to me how a fruit place runs out of Mango at 1:30pm. Thats called poor management. Not sure about their practices, but as soon we walked in; there was only one attendant, which was slamming on the floor a bag of ice, presumably to make a raspado can you use the counter instead? Or even better, slam the bag at the Restroom Floor. Don't be fooled by the A grade they show at the door. Cherry on top, attendant (Young lady) seemed to be very upset about something.... who knows why....perhaps she was hot who knows. Service is ~usually~ friendly depending on who's working but their quality remains consistent. It was unfortunately drowned in condensed milk which is worse than crema. The fruit was not mixed and it was altogether too sweet. I could swear their cream has crack in it - it's that darn addictive. If you're looking for something quick, tasty and fresh this is the place to go. The food here is delicious! The Bionicos are my husband's favorite and I like the jugo verde. The only drawback this establishment has is its employees. I always feel bad coming in here because it seems as if the employees there are upset to be bothered to do their job. I'm even afraid to ask for something extra with the fear of getting a dirty look. It's been several times with different employees. The owner should really speak to the employees about being more friendly to the customers or else this place is going to lose business. read more
