I Regret Letting My Daughter Buy From This Place! As a…read morefather, you want to help your kids make smart, safe choices--especially with big purchases like a car. I helped my daughter buy a 2016 Audi Q5 from this dealership, and I genuinely regret not steering her elsewhere. The car seemed clean, and the owner (a woman who presented herself as professional and courteous) reassured us by saying insurance was included. That gave us peace of mind--until reality hit. Just over 1,000 miles later, the engine failed completely. A complete breakdown. No warning signs, no second chances. When we tried to use the insurance we were told was "included," we were shocked to learn it only covers up to $1,500. For an engine replacement that can cost upwards of $8,000, that's basically nothing. It felt like we were tricked--like the coverage was just a sales tactic to close the deal. What made it even worse was how the owner handled things. She was responsive and friendly when we were shopping. But as soon as we reached out for help, she stopped replying completely. No returned calls, no returned texts. We were left to deal with a totaled car and a mountain of repair costs alone. This has been an incredibly expensive and painful lesson for our family. I'm writing this review in hopes that it spares another parent or young adult from making the same mistake. There are honest dealerships out there. Unfortunately, this is not one of them. Save yourself the heartache--and your hard-earned money.

1 Star - BEWARE: Shady Practices, Unreliable Cars, and Zero Accountability…read more I'm not someone who usually leaves reviews, but I feel a responsibility to warn others before they fall into the same trap I did. I purchased a 2016 Audi Q5 from this dealership, and within just 1,000 miles, the engine completely failed. We're talking a total engine failure on a vehicle that I was led to believe was in excellent condition. I've bought used cars before and I understand there's always some risk, but this was beyond anything reasonable. When I bought the car, the owner (a woman who initially came off as very kind and professional) included an insurance policy with the sale. That gave me some peace of mind--until I actually needed it. Turns out the policy only covers up to $1,500, which is completely useless when you're facing an engine replacement that can easily cost $7,000-$10,000. This so-called "coverage" feels more like a gimmick to make the sale sound better than it really is. What's worse is how the owner handled the situation. At first, she was responsive and helpful. But the moment I let her know about the engine failure, she completely ghosted me. No returned calls. No response to texts. No support. Nothing. It became very clear that once the sale was complete, she had no intention of taking responsibility or helping resolve any serious issues. This experience has left me with a dead vehicle, an enormous repair bill, and absolutely no accountability from the dealership. I trusted this business and got burned badly. I strongly urge anyone considering buying a car here to think twice. The friendly smile and "included insurance" are just smoke and mirrors. Once your money changes hands, you're on your own--no matter what goes wrong. There are plenty of trustworthy dealerships out there--this is not one of them.

Great first experience with Carmax. We found exactly the car we wanted online (but out of state)…read moreand carmax shipped it here for a test drive with no obligation. The car arrived in a matter of days and we were on our test drive less than 20 minutes after arriving at Carmax. Thank you to our salesman, Russell Killcrece, who had us out the door in our new car that day without any high pressure sales tactics. He made recommendations based on our actual needs and gave good advice, I would certainly send family members to see him. We also did a trade in and had an online quote for the trade in before we arrived at the dealership. Nobody asked for my keys before we did a test drive and decided that we were going to buy. When we made our decision they did a quick inspection and ended up giving us more for our trade in than the online quote.

I had a very disappointing experience with CarMax from start to finish…read more After purchasing my vehicle, I was told by the service department that it would be ready on a specific date. When that date arrived, the repairs were not completed, causing an unnecessary delay. Once the vehicle was finally ready, I was incorrectly told that I needed to obtain a physical check from my bank before taking delivery. My bank does not issue physical checks, which CarMax should have known. To make matters worse, I was given this information after the bank had already closed, creating another avoidable delay. Because the repairs could not be completed before I took possession of the vehicle, I was given documentation and told I had 30 days to have the remaining repairs completed at no cost to me. However, when I contacted the service department to schedule the repairs, I was told I would have to pay Tesla out of pocket for the parts and then seek reimbursement from CarMax afterward. That is not what I was told when I accepted delivery of the vehicle, and it is unacceptable for customers to receive conflicting information depending on who they speak with. On top of everything else, I was promised that $250 would be waived due to the delays in receiving my vehicle, but that never happened. The biggest issue throughout this experience has been the lack of communication and consistency. Different employees provided different information, commitments were not honored, and I was left to sort out problems that should have been handled by CarMax. Purchasing a vehicle should be an exciting experience, but instead it was frustrating, stressful, and unnecessarily complicated. I expected much better customer service and professionalism from a company of this size.
