They kept saying it was sold "minutes before", but if they were just waiting on insurance that is clearly not the case. Wow, looking at the other reviews, seems like others didn't have a good experience...I don't think people understand that they're buying a USED car. It is not supposed to be in PRISTINE condition. If you want Pristine, then buy a NEW vehicle, then watch it depreciate as soon as you drive it off the lot. Used cars dealerships don't make much of a spread as you think. Lets say they buy a vehicle from an auto auction for 1k, put 1k in repairs in & then sell for 3-4k. Do you really get mad? It's a business & businesses need to make some profit. Anyways, bought a used Porsche here and had a very pleasant experience w/ Moh. He was able to show me the car and get it ready for me to test drive quickly. After purchasing it, he even got it detailed for me to take home. Management is super nice & professional as well. Paperwork was a breeze. I bought a 2012 e-150 for about 20000.00 $ about 8 months ago and I believe there was a clean accident report. I Can see now that the van was hit in the right rear . I had to buy 4 new tire a few months ago because the tires the van came with had very little tread left. Also ever sense I drove the van off the lot the Front end alignment has been getting worse . I have to get the front end aligned because every time I step on the brake it wobbles all the way to the steering wheel. Also I've had to replace the left rear turn signal twice so far , it looks like moisture is getting inside the Lens. read more

We bought a 2012 VW Jetta from them with a 90 day warranty on Oct 16,2018 and within 24 hours the check engine light came on! Took the car back and they supposedly worked on it and fixed it! Within 100 miles the check engine light came on again! Took car back & again after waiting 6 weeks for "parts" they "FIXED IT" after driving away the check engine light came on a 3rd time !!! What they didn't know was that we had our mechanic looking at it each time and He said there were NEVER ANY PARTS REPLACED! We told the dealership that this car had to be registered in Stafford county which requires an emissions test! This check engine light was all about the emissions! It failed 3 times now! My husband and I drove in I95 traffic specifically to see a Jeep Wrangler we found on their site. We had financing in hand and we're ready to purchase. We took the Jeep on a test drive and found the following: 1. Touch screen was not working/miscalibrated 2. The soft top roof was rattling and did not fit properly 3. The transmission did not sound right, there was an issue there but didn't make it the mechanic to figure out what was wrong. 4. THE EMERGENCY BRAKE WAS NOT FUNCTIONING. 5. The Jeep was in rough condition, dented and scratches all over and when they waxed they waxed over the decals making it look like crap. Poor attention to detail. Advertised as an individual seller of an FJ cruiser on Facebook Marketplace and failed to mention that they were a dealership when I contacted them and scheduled to meet them to see the vehicle. When I asked for the VIN number on the car to run a Carfax they gave me the number but again failed to mention that they were a dealership and there was a link to a free CarFax on their website. Very poor customer service. Drove more than 1.5 hours to purcbase vehicle. There werent that many in my price range that offered what i wanted. Literally wasted a day in the office though i had a pre approval in hand and more than enough to put down.25 days after purchase i call to ask about the tags for the vehicle. Considering i was transferring plates that are paid up until 2019 from the same type of vehicle i didnt expect it to take the full 30 days. Worst yet, I am in the Navy and have training to complete next week so i wont be sitting in front of my mailbox. Called lucky line employees was very rude, even to the point where he text me to harass me after our call and refused to let me speak with management. STAY AWAY I wish I could give them 0 stars. I arrived at 1 PM and asked to see a Nissan Sentra I had seen online. I also asked if I could take it to my mechanic down the road. The salesman agreed. My mechanic informed me that both tires on the right hand side would need to be replaced immediately, both rear breaks were badly worn, the battery was 5 years old and almost dead, and the ac compressor was leaking fluid. All together repairs would cost $1300. I gave the salesman the costs and he agreed to remove $1000 from the cost of the car to compensate for the repairs. He asked me just to wait for the financing guy to go over the loan. I then proceeded to wait.....and wait...wait.......and wait. at 5:45 I was brought into the office. No that's not a mistake 5:45. Normally I would leave however I really needed a car as my old truck finally died. Once in the office they hurriedly tried to get me to sign a contract stating I would pay full sticker price, and when I asked for compensation for the repairs as agreed and my ludicrous wait they offered to talk $700 altogether, stated my repairs were unnecessary ,and told me they could not go any lower. Okay so let me start off by saying if I could give this place negative stars I would.... my sales man was very nice but I think it was only an act..... he no longer works there though so that is no longer any concern. I bought a 08 land rover lr2 from here and I put 500$ down. They assured me that it had a 3 month warranty which I later found out it did not... I'm sitting at my home right now 6 months later with a broke down vehicle. It has no a/c the aux doesn't work. My starter went out on Thursday which cost me 150$ in towing plus 175$ for the part but was told buy a professional that that's only half of my problem and if I don't figure out the other problem before I put the starter back on it would blow my starter again then added that it could cost more than 300$ dollars to fix... he said that in his professional opinion that it was bad when I purchased this vehicle. the other problem is the oil drain plug is so stripped out that no one can get it off... so now the solution is to either heat it to get it off or drill it... the tires a bad already... I mean they are racing slicks.. so yea I'd say I got screwed. This place is bad news. They also tacked on 5000$ onto my loan for who knows what.. read more

I called and spoke with Jack (I think that was his name) and he told me to pick a car and fill out the application. Within a few hours, I had a car! I picked it up on a Friday traded my broke down 2008 PT Cruiser for a cute little 2013 Ford Focus hatchback named Mz. Kiki. While negotiating, i mentioned the car had accidents not mentioned, the "sales manager" Nikki storms at me, and in a horrible tone, insults me and asked me to go and get the other car at some other dealership if it was cheaper, as if he owned the place. And when I asked him who he was and why he just cut us like that, in a very rude way he introduced himself as the sales manager so its his right to intervene. If i could rate ZERO stars on here I would. This place is not a "buy here pay here" car lot. I purchased an SUV July 14. I noticed the back up camera wasn't functioning so I asked the salesperson what was up with that and he said "its because I have the dealer plate over it". So the process for buying the vehicle took about 3 hours which I felt like everyone was rushing me because they wanted to leave for the day. I paid $5800 down ($5,000 for the down payment and $800 for the warranty). After a few days my husband noticed the truck was pulling to the right more than the left. Turns out the SUV needs an alignment. I asked this "car lot" if that's also part of the warranty they replied no so I would have to look for a mechanic myself. The back up camera still wasn't functioning so I was instructed to take it to Purvis Ford. I purchased the warranty which did not cover the back up camera either. my husband went into their car lot and asked about the new plates and the answer he got was "the loan is still not complete so we can't give you tags" REALLY?!?!?!?!? So apparently they received feedback from a bank on 8/3 needing additional information. Mind you, they never called me to tell me that. this should have been finalized and done 3 weeks ago at the time of purchasing the SUV or you don't let the customer leave with the vehicle. Since they didn't get me approved with the original bank they continued to send my personal info out to other banks without my knowledge (I only knew this because I was receiving mail from these potential lenders). Now they are requesting their vehicle back but they didn't want to refund the amount i paid. Will is extremely rude and everyone in there messed up on my deal and can't man up to admit it. Funny how we got approved at another lot with no problems and walked away with another new car. The lack of communication and lack of professionalism in this place is beyond ridiculous. I inquired about a car and was contacted by a salesperson named Jim Shaffer. Apparently Jim Schaefer gave me his personal phone number so when I returned his phone call he was not at work and could not provide me with the information wanted regarding the car. Since he was not at work he told me to go online and fill out a finance application which I did I was then contacted by someone named Ryan who said they would be back in contact with me. 24 hours after that and an email saying they were confident and obtaining a finance package for me I was the one to contract the dealership. Jim told me that I was approved but then it wasn't approved and that they were unwilling to work with me. I was give no options only told to go through my bank.... Disappointing experience and I'm glad I didn't travel as intended to view any car on their lot. read more

I don't feel I can completely comment on the quality of the dealership, as I did not actually buy a car, but when I went to look at a car NO ONE inside was wearing a mask. They were not social distancing at all and it made me as a customer feel very unsafe. If any of the people working there wanted to social distance or wear masks, I imagine it would not be looked kindly upon. The car I did test drive was in bad shape-it took a couple tries to start it after turning it off, and the car was making some really bad noises. To say something positive, the staff were very nice on the phone when I called originally and got back to me quickly, which I appreciated. The definition of scummy used car dealership. I specifically asked if the truck (2012 F-350 Lariat, has engine: VIN# 1FT8W3B62CEB36240) I was interested in had any rust damage. Mark's exact response was, "This is no rust bucket." Mark literally could not answer my questions so he passed me to Will the manager. I was assured the truck was in good condition so I agreed to have them run my credit; truck had a clean Carfax. I asked again, "will there be any surprises?" And was told "No. The vehicle is clean." I was driving from Annapolis,MD and didn't want to waste my time. I had a funny feeling so I hired a local mechanic to come and check the truck with me at a cost of $60. Drove the 1hr 45min ride the next day and looked into the wheel well and what do I see??? The entire under carriage was rusted and painted over. I could pull thick chunks of metal off of the frame. Inside the cab, the underside of each seat was covered with rust. Every single unpainted bolt, inside and out? Rusted. The mechanic I brought with me instantly noticed the rust. Also found damage to the exhaust from manifold all the way back that had be shoddily repaired. When I asked Mark and the manager to explain, they literally would not speak. They wouldn't say one word to me after I found the rust within the first minute of being there. So, either they didn't know and were completely incompetent or they did know and were trying to trick me into buying a piece of junk. I was in need of a vehicle and was willing to meet their terms. I asked if there were any other fees that I needed to be aware of and they said there was a processing fee... OF 499!... What made me walk out was that the salesman lied by trying to convince me that the fee was mandated under VA state law. He never took the time to ask what i did for a living. If he did, he would've known I'm a Contract Negotiator familiar with most VA state fees and surcharges. He said every dealership charges this amount "at least," and tried to argue with me when I told him carmax only charges $299 until I pulled out a buyer's order from Carmax on a Mercedes I ended up purchasing. read more

We bought a used car from there and we regret it! If you look for competence and professionalism go elsewhere! From the beginning the car had different little things that required to be fixed, especially two parts of the bumper that needed to be replaced. The guys seemed to be willing to do it but, when the first time we came back to fix the problem, not only they told us that the part needed to be replaced was just one and not two (we probably didn't understand each other!) but they decided to tell us that the part, that meanwhile had been ordered, was the wrong one, only AFTER 6 hours of waiting! After two weeks they told us to come back; we waited 3 more hours and what we got, after one month and two trips (we live 50miles from Fredericksburg), was a very poor job! They were supposed to paint and install for free a second hand part. However, they were not able to paint it correctly since they left two clear imperfections and what we paid, supposedly only for the part, actually covered completely also the very cheap job that they did. At last, they didn't provide the receipt for the job, promising us that they would have sent it in few days. I called them, contacted the sail man several times and the only time that he answered the phone (probably because the first time didn't recognize my phone number!) told us that the manager would have took care of it! Seriously? No news from there! We are very unsatisfied moreover because their luck of reliability! We paid the car in full and what we received in return for good money was a very poor service and assistance. read more
