I purchased a vehicle sight unseen and had a mobile pre-inspection done. I'll get to that later. If I had flown to VA, I would have saved myself the headache and the tens of thousands in negative equity. There were many scratches, dents, and touch-up paint all over the vehicle ($2,000). Cheap aftermarket AMG replica rims with snow tires ($3,500). Lower center chrome trim damaged ($250), driver headlight cracked. The interior was also in terrible shape. Cigarette burn in the headliner, missing rear console door ($185), overly discolored leather seats, rips in the leather, and if there is a clip to hold something together, it was either broken or missing. Two main clips that were broken and missing held the chrome strips on the door handles ($740), a car that is supposed to be quiet was filled with rattling noise when driving. After 3 months with the vehicle, the check engine light came on. Hooked it up to the computer; 3 cylinders are misfiring ($1,000 in parts, work done myself). The dealer wanted to charge $4,000. Rear window stopped working ($385). The mobile mechanic stated that the brakes were in excellent condition; however, they were as thin as a sheet of paper and squealed even when the transporter was backing the vehicle from the truck ($1,500). After five months, a significant leak occurred from one of the coolant reservoirs. I didn't know how much that cost because I had to sell the vehicle after having it for 6 months and driving less than 2k miles. My total was $46,560, and I sold it for $27,500 because it was in such poor condition. Almost $20k in negative equity makes me want to vomit! PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!

He was such a laid back and helpful sales person, unlike some cars sales man who try to take advantage of people. Mr. Mallie had answered my email in a timely manner and scheduled my test drive within the same week. The staff their was so nice offering to valet my car or if I wanted something to drink like water or Gatorade. The lot had so many amazing brand cares with low mileage I was in disbelief. The 2009 BMW 335i I test drove was in great shape with only 72k miles on there. I loved my experience so much I bought the car the same day. Mr. Mallie made the process very smooth and I even had them do my tag and title! 10 out of 10 would recommend this dealership! Reasonable price and great service!!

Classic Car Center is a business that can store your classic, sell your classic on consignment or,…read morerestore your classic ride (if it was produced pre-1980). It's open to the public and you can walk in and peruse the vehicles for sale and the ones that are privately owned that are stored on site. When I stopped in on Monday, there were roughly twenty four vehicles in the garage (give or take). They had several classics for sale including a 1935 Dodge Pickup, 1973 Chevy C-10 and my favorite, a 1962 T'Bird convertible. The staff was friendly and one gave me a quick tour. I'm a classic car buff and it was a nice way to spend a lunch break. They are located in an industrial park area of town and off the beaten path a bit. If I was currently in the market, the '62 T'Bird would have definitely been a considered purchase.

When I took the vehicle to drop it off, but it came straight from a personal mechanic he had the vehicle tiptop shape. Shortly after dropping the vehicle off, I was notified that there was an issue locating the Vin number. After that hurdle, they informed me that they had an issue with one of the rear wheel locking up when they took it for the test drive and that it shut off I would not restart. Car had no issues when it was taken down and been taken on multiple test drives with zero issues in my hometown. On top of that they informed me that they had some so-called body expert look at the car and from that made the determination that did not set the criteria for them to consign. I just decided to pick it up and transport it back where I live because More than a hassle than I thought it should be. When I arrive, I was presented with a bogus bill for the "services" that was supposedly performed to the car while I was in possession. Totaling close to $300. Upon questioning this bill, I was told that I had to pay it or that was only way for me to release the car. I never authorize company to touch my car in anyway shape or form or mechanical service to it. The purpose of my visit was strictly to consignment, I questioned the bill and I was told if I didn't pay it I would be charged $25 a day for the purpose of storage I ended up paying the bill in order to get the car out of the place and get it home, and have already arbitrated the charges with my credit card company is fraud I believe it is complete fraudulent operation. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone It was very apparent upon visiting the location a couple of times it was an old boys network. I definitely recommend that you think twice about before you even consider this company is being able to provide any value to your car needs, complete shysters, I regret not calling the law at the time because they were a complete fraud!

Salesman stated they would fix the items and that car would be ready to pick up in a few days. Upon picking up vehicle car broke down. They picked up vehicle and did just enough to get it back on the road. After getting the car back a second time it continue to have problems, died again and ended up needing several hundred dollars in repairs. While I realize that used car purchases are as is this was absolutely ridiculous! Come to find out they purchase their vehicles from an auction house. I could have done that and just took my chances on the sale. Oh and it took forever to get my hands on the car title! Buy from them at your own risk.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!…read more These people are full of crap. They sell trash cars and lie about them being in decent shape or taking care of issues before delivery. After selling me a car but before delivery, they said they would fix the a/c. But, it wasn't fixed. I took it to a mechanic, who said they put in a compressor that was obviously from a junk yard. They have been arguing with me about replacing it, saying it's just a valve. And now, THEY WON'T EVEN CALL ME BACK!! Do NOT do business with these people!! Also, a couple of days after I got it home, it rained hard and the front and back seat floors filled with an inch of water. AND, I still haven't gotten the title and it's been 6+ weeks when the guy said I should get it in 2 weeks.
