I can't hardly believe they would let a customer sit in the waiting room for an hour while they go to lunch when the vehicle is there for a simple oil change and tire rotation. Finally, at 1:40pm, the car was finished. Over three hours, including driving time from Pittsburg, KS for an oil change and tire rotation. Do not schedule appointments close to their lunch hour because you'll add another hour to your wait. Seems to me a change is in order for lunch breaks. Customers first, I don't think so. Every time they put me on hold and transferred me on the phone, I had to listen to Frank Fletcher's message about how they care about the customer. To make this clear, I am not complaining about the work, only the time it takes to complete something simple like a tire rotation and oil change.

If it doesn't need replacing they won't replace it. These days it's easy to look out what prices on what parts cost and Hatfield doesn't overcharge you like you expect at the dealer. On the repair I paid what I was quoted. No extra, oh we forgot to tell you that kind of stuff. They work on your car like you would if you knew what you were doing. Over the years I've gone to Pep Boys, Toyota and Chevy dealerships and other repair shops and I would trust Hatfield to work on both of my cars if they break down. The rest of the car works fine so there was no need to get a new/used car. Since the engine has been replaced it runs like new, gets 31.6 miles to the gallon and is back on the road 7 days a week. I also got a warranty on the engine 1 year or 12,000 miles both parts and labor included in the price. Was also provided a receipt that included that engine had been replaced with the mileage, and the mileage that the car had on it when it was replaced if and when I sell the car.

I was willing to give it one more shot and called today: Chris answered and I asked about the unit and he replied with 'what about it?' He then stated that it was no longer available AND the price had gone up. That's not what the website states. Very bad customer service. Communication was great and he even called during the inspection to ensure we were getting all the information possible to make an informed decision. A few minor needs were addressed by the dealer due to his diligence and some suggestions to make the rv even better have since been implemented. We are still early in the ownership phase, but to this point the inspection seems accurate and well worth the very reasonable fee. Called to talk about a slide problem that I…read morewas having and two gentlemen came out, no markings or sign on an old pick-up, with no tools, no ladder, no nothing and helped me get the slide back in by physically pushing it in, but couldn't offer any repairs and charged me $150. I called the owner to complain and he did absolutely nothing for me either, wrote the check and I've never seen a check clear my bank so quickly, I had no intention of stopping payment, but I'm assuming by my complaints they thought otherwise! I had it repaired at my next stop and all it was, was the $80 motor! I'd definitely think twice about using this company!
