So when we lived away from Springfield, I lost my go to at Car Fi (check them out if you're down around there!) and started to check closer to the MO/KAN border for tinting help. I was so lucky to fall upon Creative- another Springfield brand- to help me get an awesome blockage from the sun and weird other drivers! They're open on Saturday's and I made an appointment a few weeks in advance. I dropped my car off and the very nice staff told me they'd take me somewhere close to chill if i wanted whilst I wait. I decided to take an Uber to the casino, because, why not, and when I returned I was VERY please with the result! It's been almost a month and the windows have cured perfectly. I am very particular since I've had this done so many times, and Creative didn't disappoint!

She came back and told me the service guys all go to lunch from 12 to 1 so it should be finished shortly! I can't hardly believe they would let a customer sit in the waiting room for an hour while they go to lunch when the vehicle is there for a simple oil change and tire rotation. Finally, at 1:40pm, the car was finished. Over three hours, including driving time from Pittsburg, KS for an oil change and tire rotation. Do not schedule appointments close to their lunch hour because you'll add another hour to your wait. Seems to me a change is in order for lunch breaks. Customers first, I don't think so. Every time they put me on hold and transferred me on the phone, I had to listen to Frank Fletcher's message about how they care about the customer. To make this clear, I am not complaining about the work, only the time it takes to complete something simple like a tire rotation and oil change.

Communication was great and he even called during the inspection to ensure we were getting all the information possible to make an informed decision. A few minor needs were addressed by the dealer due to his diligence and some suggestions to make the rv even better have since been implemented. We are still early in the ownership phase, but to this point the inspection seems accurate and well worth the very reasonable fee.
