They don't punch in my order, just put my cash straight into the tip jar. Several times they've forgotten to make my hotdog, cause there's no ticket and have left me waiting, serving other customers that arrive after me but not recognizing that I'm still sitting there! And when I finally have to step up and point out that I'm still waiting, I'm the asshole! I'm the one being rude or making a scene! I just wanted what I paid for. I show up almost everyday, I'm polite, I pay cash, I don't cause problems while I'm waiting, I tip, I smile, I treat others with respect.... It would be nice to get some in return. And now, when I don't show up again, there's no way for you to make things better with me, but maybe, reading this, you'll learn to cherish your regulars, respect the peop!e who show up in your business and respect you. It took almost 30 minutes for my friend and I to be served at the bar. The first time I was here I had the roundhouse mac n cheese. It was good though nothing special, but the poor service definitely cancelled out what was decent food. The second time I came here on a work dinner, where we somehow stuffed almost 20 people on a long table. Service was a lot better, though maybe it was because I was with a large group. I went during poutine week, so I had the Taco Mac n Cheese Poutine. The mac n cheese was actually mac n cheese bites, which was ehh...but I liked the concept! Cheese curds are good, size was generous, and the nacho beef was cooked well and juicy. So to cancel both visits out, I'll leave is as 3.5/5 for now. Steel Cut Blonde had that nice honey touch if you like that, while Tepache Gold is amazing if you like pineapple. Highly recommend both. Service was good for us here. I probably won't go crazy in returning here unless it's for drinks.

I like their fresh parmesan that they add to soups and salads. Definitely go plentiful over it. Service has consistently been good here. As long as you accept that this is an American restaurant and not an Italian place, you'll be satisfied with what Olive Garden offers.
