Top notch care quality. Tests were done that I never ever had done. Dr. Shaheen was communicative, a good listener, reviewed all my test results. Pressure check was somewhat of a concern and prescribed a stronger eye drop to reduce the pressure in my eyes. I have to return in a month to have my pressure rechecked to see if the pressure has improved. Overall, my office visit as a New Patient was above and beyond. The entire staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful in all ways. From the moment I walked through the doors, to the day I called back a few weeks later to request a copy of my contact lens prescription, everyone was professional and more than willing to assist me in the most efficient manner possible. And the eye doctor I dealt with - Dr. Greiner - was amazing. I walked in there insisting I was keeping my old contact lens prescription and brand...and a week later I swore I would never wear them again, because my new brand (the trial that Dr. Greiner asked me to try) improved my sight so dramatically. Dr. Rachel Davis's resume is good. HOWEVER, I think her surgeries on me were terrible. Dr. Rachel Davis said I needed ptosis repair. She said she also did an upper blepharoplasty. You would never know it - there is no visible improvement at all. To me it looks worse! Dr. Rachel Davis did a lower blepharoplasty. She used some technique that left terrible scars, completely visible. I don't know of anyone that has visible scars from lower blepharoplasty - except me! And, I am the only one I know with lumps and divots in my skin from her surgery. Everyone else I know has smooth lower eye skin. Now I must try to have some of her damage repaired. However, some of her damage cannot be undone nor repaired. Horrible.

Its also unfortunate that any time I have made calls to the Cl Clinic/ FFAM Practice office, the ladies are rude, quick to cut you off and disrespectful. If it weren't for Dr. Kohora's amazing patient care, I would seek treatment elsewhere. The office staff that answers calls need more patience, better understanding and possibly a more mature way of dealing with patients. Its a shame because a phone call is the 1st impression when scheduling an appointment.

They have a mixture of…read moreMDs and DOs which is nice because I wanted to see a D.O. and one just so happened to have the earliest available new patient appointment! I don't have insurance, so he worked with me a little bit on that and also went over the test I was getting done to order them by priority, so if I couldn't afford all of them I knew which ones weren't critical. Dr. Diditch was the one I saw, and he was very personable. Quick and efficient, but didn't feel like he was skimping. I will need to get an ultrasound as well, and he talked me through how different hospital systems work with uninsured patients. Also, they give new patients a t-shirt, and I'm not a huge t-shirt person, but I really like theirs. And it's within walking distance to my house, so major bonus points.
