At my initial appointment Dr. Jewell listened to my concerns, did a thorough examination, and walked me through my options. Her staff worked with my insurance to provide me the best care with optimal coverage. On the day of the procedure she took her time to make markings, and that showed in the results. I had regular follow up appointments, and she worked with me to find a solution when one incision was slower in healing. Throughout the process I was continually impressed with the amount of information given to me, and how thoroughly all my questions were addressed. She gave very clear instructions regarding healing, medication, scar treatment, and what I should expect at different times during the healing. Well it's been 20 years and I was ready to have my implants removed and get a lift with a fat transfer if needed to fill in where the implants used to be. I went to a few other places for quotes and this was by far the best price (some places quoted double the price) and had the nicest staff. I went back and forth and had many consultations for about 3 years before I was fully ready to schedule the surgery and Dr McKissock was so kind and patient and never pressed me to schedule before I was ready. He answered all my questions and never made me feel silly or like I was being a pain in the butt. I finally pulled the trigger and had the surgery 10 days ago.
