My mom was understandably scared and emotional, but Dr. Jewell made her feel safe, respected, informed, and cared for every step of the way. Their professionalism and confidence gave our entire family peace of mind, and the results of the surgery exceeded our expectations. The staff truly goes above and beyond. What stood out most was the kindness and empathy shown throughout the entire process. Dr. Jewell never made my mom feel like "just another patient." They treated her with dignity, warmth, and incredible attention to detail. That level of care means everything when someone is facing breast cancer and such a life-changing surgery. We are forever grateful for the strength, comfort, and outstanding medical care Dr. Jewell provided. THANK YOU DR. KALARIA!!…read more I am beyond happy with my breast lift and augmentation results. For a long time, I felt unhappy with how my breasts looked. They were sagging and didn't have the fullness I wanted. It affected my confidence more than I realized. I avoided certain outfits and just didn't feel comfortable in my own body. Choosing to move forward with surgery was a big decision, but I'm so glad I trusted Dr. Kalaria. My results look amazing. My breasts are lifted, full, and beautifully shaped, but still natural. I feel like the best version of myself now. From the very first consultation, the entire team at Adonis made me feel comfortable and supported. Everyone was kind, professional, and patient. They answered all my questions and made the whole process feel smooth and organized. I was also worried about scarring, but everything is healing so well. The incisions are minimal and already fading nicely. The surgery went smoothly, and my recovery was much easier than I expected. If you're thinking about a breast lift with augmentation, I truly recommend Dr. Kalaria. I feel confident, happy, and comfortable in my body again. I'm so grateful for the care and the beautiful results. Thank you for everything!

After my third baby, I finally decided it was the right time. My very first (and ended up being my only) consultation was with Dr. Jacobson, and I'm so grateful it was. I wanted someone local rather than having to drive into LA or Beverly Hills, and from the moment I walked into the office, I knew I was in the right place. The staff was incredible -- from Katie at the front desk to Nurse Vanessa -- everyone made me feel comfortable and cared for. When I met Dr. Jacobson, I was immediately impressed. Not only is he board certified, but he also performs the procedure right in his office. In addition, he has a team of staff he works with consistently. What really stood out to me was that he didn't try to upsell me on anything I didn't need. In fact, he told me my figure was already amazing, but explained clearly that my abs had separated and no amount of gym time would fix that without surgical repair. He also explained how he could remove the loose skin I had from my pregnancies, and walked me through everything in a way that made me feel informed and confident. I was nervous about looking unnatural, but my results are better than I ever could have imagined. My stomach is flat, the loose skin is gone, and I finally see the results of all the hard work I've put into my body over the years. I still have a few stretch marks, which I actually love- they remind me of the beautiful journey of carrying my babies, but now, I feel natural, confident, and truly good in my skin. I can't say enough good things about this entire team. Nurse Consuelo took such amazing care of me during surgery, and the anesthesiologist was calm, kind, and made me feel completely safe. Dr. Jacobson is truly an artist and a master of his craft. I would wholeheartedly recommend this office to anyone considering cosmetic surgery. This experience has been life-changing in the best way possible. (I was so comfortable with the whole team, I added an upper bleph at the last minute! Best decision ever!!)

Made an appointment for a consultation and advice. The women at the front desk are lovely, personable and very helpful. Dr. Petti took her time to listen and explain each procedure and which would benefit me the most. I booked a surgery and am so happy that I did. I had a terrible experience with a previous surgeon, being a breast cancer survivor, it was pretty traumatizing. Naturally I was very nervous about getting the result I was looking for (this second go around), however it didn't take long for him and his staff, to have me feeling at ease. Dr. Newmans staff is top notch, so professional and beyond kind, from the ladies that called for appointment reminders, to the front desk staff, to the lady that was in the room with me and Dr. Newman during my consult. Dr. Newman, himself, is very soft spoken, kind and has such a good energy about him. He took his time and listened to exactly what I wanted to achieve. He asked me numerous questions and discussed in great detail what he would do to help me achieve the results I was looking for. The surgical center staff did not disappoint either. Summer was my nurse and she was absolutely amazing! So sweet, kept me very comfortable and warm while I waited for Dr. Newman. She was so good, I didn't even feel her put the IV in my arm (which is hard to find with my small veins). Dr. Patel was my Anesthesiologist (she's amazing). She called me a few days prior to my surgery and talked to me for about 30 minutes, going over everything she would do, the day of surgery, and really took her time discussing things I could do to ensure a Speedy recovery. On the day of my surgery She made me feel so comfortable and at ease! When I got home from surgery and was able to take my bra off and see my results, I cried happy tears. They look better than I had imagined. He gave me the lift I was looking for, without looking fake. Everything about them is perfect and symmetrical (which can be tricky, since I had a previous lumpectomy). Not only did I look amazing, I had the speediest recovery ever. I had very minimal swelling, no drains, only had to take 1 pain pill the night of the surgery and one the next night. I took Advil for 2 days and that was it. He is an absolute master of his craft and I will be referring any and everyone that Is looking for a plastic surgeon. Dr. Newman is the best!!!!

Well, that time inevitably arrived and I found that it was only my face and neck that bothered me. I began the search to find the right surgeon for the work, and shelled out quite a bit of money in consultation fees with highly rated local surgeons. What ended up mattering was the "vibe" of the office, the time the surgeon spent on the consultation, and the quality of his assessment of my face and neck. My goal was to look like like a less wrinkled version of myself. I did not want to look "done." All my questions were answered and all my concerns addressed by Dr. Newman. I also loved the consistently positive nursing and office staff. I don't remember the day of the surgery with any accuracy, but I will say that the anesthesiologist Dr. Patel was incredibly kind and forthcoming. She made sure that I knew exactly what to expect. I'm very happy that I chose Dr, Michael Newman for this work. I'm nearly two months out from my neck and jawline surgery and I am so pleased. I also had an Erbium laser treatment (since I'd already be under anesthesia), so the recovery was a little tough on my thin skin. During this time, Dr. Newman and his staff basically babied me (because I AM a baby about this stuff) and he answered every anxious question with a zen-like calm. Every time I left the office, I felt a thousand times better. Dr. Newman's skillful talent is evident in my natural result, and I cannot recommend him highly enough.

As a surgeon Dr. Eugene is incredibly detailed, careful, attentive, and has excellent surgical technique and gave a lot of individual intention and precision to my specific situation to give me the best possible results long term. Several weeks later, while traveling internationally, I began feeling extremely sick and developed worsening symptoms. Antibiotics were recommended/called in, but my condition rapidly escalated. I was ultimately diagnosed overseas with an MSSA staph infection that progressed to sepsis, requiring emergency hospitalization in Nice, France. I was taken by ambulance to the hospital with a documented fever of approximately 105 degrees and severe vomiting, and I ultimately underwent emergency explant surgery. I had drain placed and remained hospitalized in France for almost a while recovering. This was one of the most traumatic and frightening experiences of my life. Being seriously ill in a foreign country where I did not speak the language made the situation even more terrifying and isolating. In addition to the emotional and physical trauma, this situation also created significant financial consequences for me, including the original surgery costs, emergency ambulance transport, hospitalization and medical care in France, canceled travel plans, changed flights, and the loss of the European trip I had planned. recovery after this was extremely difficult, and I continued to seek medical care for ongoing symptoms and concerns after returning home. I understand that complications can happen with any surgery. However, based on my personal experience, I was deeply disappointed by the communication, bedside manner, follow-up, and level of support I felt I received during and after this medical crisis. In my opinion, the response did not feel as urgent or supportive as I would have expected given the severity of what I was experiencing. Separate from the medical emergency itself, I was also ultimately unhappy with my cosmetic results. I underwent a revision procedure and I paid additional costs for internal pocket revision work intended to improve implant positioning and symmetry. Despite this, I personally felt the final result appeared uneven, including noticeable asymmetry between my breasts. When I raised concerns, I personally did not feel that my concerns were meaningfully addressed or that I was offered a satisfactory path forward. Given both the aesthetic outcome and the severe medical complications that followed, this entire experience was incredibly disappointing and traumatic for me overall. This review reflects solely my personal experience and opinion as a patient.

Prior to this consultation I submitted photos and had multiple phone conversations with the patient coordinator Abagail. Abagail spent a long time with me on the phone answering all of my questions and was very helpful. We spent a lot of time searching for the right date to schedule the surgery, considering how long I would need for rehab, when my husband would be available to drive me afterwards, arranging a dog sitter, scheduling my pre-op appointment and all of the details which must be arranged around the surgery date. We finally agreed on the date of Thursday, September 18, 2025. I told my husband the date. He arranged his schedule of work, travel and meetings to be available during that time, I scheduled the dog sitter, I went to my pre-op appointment, I got clearance from my cardiologist and I was all ready to go on Thursday, Sept. 18. Then I went in for my consultation with Dr. Waltzman who I liked very much. We decided I would be a good candidate for the brachioplasty. He explained the likely outcome and the details of the rehab. He was also kind enough to let me know that I am not a good candidate for skin tightening procedures at my age, due to the lack of enough collagen to get good results from skin tightening procedures. I was very happy to then go to Abagail's office to pay for the procedure and finalize the schedule. That was when Abagail casually informed me that the date she and I had so carefully chosen, the one I had spent so much time making arrangements for, with my husband and his work, my dog sitter, my cardiologist, and my primary care doctor- she informed that this date was no longer available. I was so shocked when Abagail very casually informed me that she had given that surgery date to someone else. I asked her why she had not let me know that the date I had so carefully arranged for was a tentative date. She said that her policy was to not give priority to anyone. My response was that she certainly gave priority to someone else for that date when she had already promised it to me. Abagail declined to apologize to me or to acknowledge that she should have told me the date was tentative. She declined to be accountable at all for putting me in such an inconvenient position. I felt that I had been betrayed, or misled or manipulated or disrespected by this person who refused to take any responsibility. I followed up by calling and speaking to who I was told was the office manager at that time, whose name I do not remember. We had a very helpful conversation where I explained to the manager my experience with Abagail and how inconvenienced I was by being given a surgery date that was so casually withdrawn with no acknowledgement at all that she should have made it clear to me this date was tentative. The manager listened politely and thanked me for the feedback. I thought that was the end of the issue until yesterday. Yesterday I tried calling the Waltzman Institute to schedule a consultation for injections in my lower face. However, Makayla, who I spoke to today, said she had never spoken to me before, and is now the office manager. Makayla very authoritatively informed me that The Waltzman Institute is refusing to have me as a client. So today I learned that the Waltzman Institute has chosen to ignore a potential client's attempts at providing, what some professionals would consider to be valuable feedback. I am disappointed at this response and at how this supposed professional patient coordinator at a reputable medical practice was able to act in such an unprofessional way, refuse to own up to what she did, and then convince other staff members to not listen to me or to consider my feedback. These types of experiences are the most valuable learning experiences for all us, except for those who refuse to hear or listen to feedback, or for those who can't acknowledge their own accountability for their own mistakes, as in his case, when a client calls them on their responsibility to inform the client of all pertinent information pertaining to the surgical date. Before this encounter with Abagail, I was impressed with Dr. Waltzman, and I felt that, to him, earning the trust of his patients is a very important part of his practice. It is ironic that his own patient coordinator, along with the current office manager, should go behind his back to erode that trust . When I spoke to Makayla today, she verbally included Dr. Waltzman himself as one of the decision-makers who voted to ban me from his practice. However, I think that Dr. Waltzman will be ashamed when he learns of this sabotage. I hope that Abagail will at some point grow a seed of how to acknowledge her mistakes and learn that listening to feedback can be personal growth material.
