However, the man who appears to be the owner or manager (a tall gentleman with glasses who is always at the front desk and answers the phone) has treated me disrespectfully on multiple visits. This is now my third negative interaction with him -- he has been consistently rude and dismissive, and during my most recent visit he spoke to me in an inappropriate and embarrassing way in front of other customers. Customer-facing staff -- especially someone in a leadership role -- should not behave this way. I'm sharing this because it needs to be addressed. No customer should feel disrespected when coming in for a service. The therapists are excellent, but the front desk experience needs serious improvement.

I saw Dori had appointments available Friday and even had evening appointments! I read great things about her so I went ahead and booked an hour massage. I am so glad I did! Dori was so amazing! She was so nice and accommodating. She listened to my concerns and used the greatest amount of pressure to release the tension and knots out of my neck and shoulders. That hour went by so quick! I did add on the peppermint scalp massage! Don't sleep on that! If you are looking for a massage therapist, I highly recommend Dori! I am already ready to book my next appointment.
