I went to the mobile site and clicked on the map to the new location. I called again and left a message letting her know what happened. Unfortunately the map on the mobile site was also incorrect. I finally punched in the correct address and called again - voicemail. When I arrived to the location I was "greeted" with a "YOUR 20 MINUTES LATE!" When I let her know what happened, she said, "Well, I have already called someone to fill the spot." If only she had checked her voicemail while making that call...... At this point, I should have just cancelled the groupon but I just figured she was frustrated and gave her the benefit of the doubt. I rescheduled. I finally got my massage and when I arrived, she was just as rude as she was the first time. For whatever reason though, I still had the massage. Honestly, the massage itself was pretty good. When we were finished however, I looked at my phone to see that it was less than a 40 minute massage, I paid for an hour. At that point I was just annoyed and frustrated and left without addressing it. When I emailed to inquire as to why it was so short she explained that the actual massage is 50 minutes hands on and we started early. I know for a fact this was not the case because when I looked at my phone to find the voucher to present to her, it was after 3 o'clock. I hope that you will read this before purchasing and proceed with caution. As a small business owner myself, it is appalling to me that someone is so haphazard with their business when people are paying them. ++++++ To CLARIFY - The address IS correct on the site, however, when you click on the map icon, it takes you to the wrong location.

I just saw Rosella for the first time today; a chiropractor friend referred me to her for a long time shoulder injury that has been giving me problems. All I can say is WOW! She's a freakin' life-saver! This is not your average spa massage, full of rose water and fluffy robes. This is a legitimate therapeutic wellness massage. This is the real deal to get your body back into balance. Rosella has been doing this for a long time, and her experience shows in her techniques and ability to immediately zero in on problem areas. I tend to get a bit nervous going to new salons since I've had some bad blonde-ing experiences, but Carol (with some great help from her daughter) was absolutely amazing!!! She evened out a few bands I had from a previous stylist, and got me to an amazing, even platinum color (from very dark brown hair). What was even more impressive was she did this in 2 hours flat - typically I spend twice that long in the salon to do the same thing. With 40 years of experience, Carol is a rock star stylist. I attached screenshots of my Groupon account showing that I purchased the haircut and conditioning service on Oct 19th 2012, redeemed on January 7th 2013, and the expiration date was March 2013. Please STOP LYING ! I did not dye my hair - no highlights, nothing. Only got a conditioning treatment, a cut and a trim of my bangs and my hair was styled. I was ripped off and overcharged. In my original review I wrote that I paid 40 dollars - my bad, I paid 19 dollars for the Groupon. I did not order any extra services. At the checkout the owner/receptionist told me that my Groupon did not cover the cost of the service. He "honored" the groupon (the face value of which was 39 dollars I believe) and said I had to pay 70 dollars on top. Dear ladies, as you can see, the salon is extremely dishonest. Please stay away!

The driveway is tiny and there are only a few parking spots behind the building. It was a tight squeeze. Third- the inside is odd. You go in, up some stairs and are in a tiny foyer. They have some chairs and a desk set up. I didn't mind, however I felt cramped when it was me, the lady checking me in, another employee and a customer trying to check out. I felt like I was in the way, even though I was sitting in a chair. The room I was in for my massage was so bright and loud. They have a window facing Savannah Highway, so I constantly heard cars, trucks, horns, squealing, etc. The blinds didn't keep out the light and they didn't close the curtains. I was also very cold in that room. Fourth- Okay, the massage. It was absolutely amazing. The pressure was perfect and she checked in to make sure I was doing okay. I did not like her talking to me so much (not asking about the pressure, but about a lot of different random things) as this was my time to relax and zen out. Something they have, admittedly to my annoyance, plastered all over their website and in the lobby of the business. The ONLY negative I have for them at all). My masseuse was Caryn. She was warm, friendly and very caring. She asked me to fill out a form about my medical history, concerns and goals for the session. I then spoke with her briefly about what kind of massage I was looking for and she was HAPPY to help. It turns out her specialty is medical massage therapy so she was a great fit for my needs (pinched nerves and minor damage from a car accident a few years ago). She explained everything she was doing and checked throughout the session to make sure the pressure was okay. I left feeling like a new person. Yes, cliche, but entirely true. Cannot express how wonderful the experience was. I will be back and often! Thank you!!

They have the whole locker room set up with robes, sandals, hygiene products, personal lockers, and stocked showers, and it's always so clean. The waiting areas are spacious with relaxing music, essential oils, magazines, water, and snacks to accommodate whatever vibe you are looking for. They also offer heated neck wraps, which is a personal fave. I always opt for the muscle meltdown, which is their deep tissue massage. I've had Liz several times and am always impressed.
