Before we put the 25% discount in, the subtotal was $17.77 for the large chicken cheesesteak sub combo we would've split, over $18 with the tax. I said the menu shows it's $15.77. She rudely said it's the tax. I said no it's the menu shows $15.77 pointing at the menu. I said you aren't honoring the price listed on the menu, and we are walking out. We had the 25% off, but it's the principle of them not honoring the listed price on the menu. So, we ended up going to Shake Shack by AMC Columbia before our movie as we had a free chicken sandwich deal there, which was delicious. So, it'll be a long time before I'll consider going back to Charleys here in Anne Arundel County. These are hardworking adults who deserve to be treated with professionalism and respect--not embarrassed publicly. Constructive feedback should happen privately.
