The restaurant itself is styled beautifully, not what you'd expect in a suburban shopping center. We opted for the Brussels and the short rib grilled cheese. Both were great. The Brussels were sliced, the balsamic glaze was really great. The short rib came on sourdough and I had low expectations: usually short rib on sandwiches (in my experience) is either dry or soaks through the bread, this sandwich was perfect! The short rib was really tender and flavorful, the bread was toasted but still soft. Perhaps the unsung hero of the meal were the fries and the malt vinegar aioli! The fries were incredible and the accompanying aioli was perfectly tangy, we couldn't stop eating them in spite of being full. Overall we were really pleased with our meal! We will be back to try more of the menu.

Parking is ample in the rear, with a couple of spots out front. They have a limited menu, but when you do something so well, that doesn't even matter! The seeded buns were also top notch! I purchased two small steaks and cooked them up in the cast iron. It was undoubtedly the best steak I have ever had at home; it melted in my mouth! Just look at the marbling in the pictures. The meat at the store is some of the best quality I have seen and tasted.
