Awesome patty melt...it was delicious! The fries are huge and crispy as always! It's nice they have old bay and malt vinegar too.

Stopped here after a basketball game with a couple of buds and got a burger and a small order of fries. The place is very clean, and the customer service was very good and the employees attentive. I ordered a cheeseburger and a small cup of fries. Burger upon unwrap was very greasy but honestly? if you want something healthy I wouldn't say you should be here. Burger was properly cooked with just a light hue of pink in the middle- very generous with the toppings, and as per usual the fries were added on top of the items in the bag as well. Fries were good. Nothing to comment on in that regard. Meal overall was very tasty, great scenery across the table with some light spewage sprinkled in, and any time you can just sit and talk about your game and listen - I'm down. read more

Bottom Line: Awesome burgers served by friendly staff but otherwise there isn't too much to write about. In general, I like Five Guys. Historically, here is what I have liked about Five Guys: - Awesome, made to order burgers - Spicy Cajun fries, also made to order - Coca-Cola Freestyle fountain machine (100 different sodas) - Roasted peanuts while you wait - Friendly staff Generally, that was my experience at this location but I found the fries to be disappointing, like they weren't quite fully cooked. Also, the atmosphere felt very sterile in here to me and I think it's actually because the restaurant interior is large and cavernous. My biggest complaint at other Five Guys locations has been ridiculously loud music but I am glad that is not the case here. read more

It's your typical Five Guys. It's got the sacks of peanuts by the door and the framed newspaper clippings/Zagat reviews on the wall. Five Guys burgers in general are good, but not great - the patties are too crumbly, and the buns are too thing/soft such that they fall apart easily. The fries are to die for though, both the regular and cajun styles. We went to this location mid-day on a Saturday. There weren't too many people there, and everyone was respectful/distanced/wearing masks. The only reason they don't get 5 stars is because the order took a while to fill - we stood there for about ~15 min for our food. read more

As usual, the food is consistent across all locations which is what I love about the franchise. Unfortunately, service is a challenge at this location. Everyone seems nice enough, but there is an language barrier that makes ordering a little more complicated than it should be. You add the fact that the staff talks amongst themselves (Spanish I believe..) as they are cooking your food. Makes me a little uncomfortable. So I want to start my review by saying I don't really eat burgers much at all. I'm not a red meat kind of gal. My husband loves burgers and never has five guys and we were using DoorDash for the first time and they popped up. So we both got bacon cheese burgers (they come with 2 patties so don't get extra patty unless you want 3) I got LTM and my hubby does plain with x cheese and x bac. We each got a regular frie witch are so huge 1 will feed us and our daughter . This was the absolute best thing to hit my pallet in forever!!!! This burger litterally melted in my mouth and I ate the whole enormous burger!!! I was in heaven !! It was piping hot . They double wrapped it in aluminum foil and bagged them twice also for extra warmth. I was super empressed with whoever prepared our meal. I'm very sad tat doordash don't allow tips to the restiraunt. It was so good that the next day I just had to have more but this time we got little burgers witch is still Huge by the way not at all like a slider . The prices were a bit high wen I first ordered but after I got the food I will def pay that . It's well worth it !!! Rey have fries almost like thrashers beach fries . Omg so good . I love this Five Guys! It's always clean and the staff is friendly. Plus they have the best soda machines with chocolate or orange coke, which you don't see anywhere else. The location is perfect right by Kohls and by a PetCo which makes my life so much easier. You won't be disappointed! read more

My order was incorrect. (I ordered online so I didn't check before I left). They barely gave any fries. Took longer than was told online.

While the burgers are reliably delicious for Five Guys, this visit was disappointing. There was only one person in front of me but my burger to 15 min. My fries were not Cajin as I ordered, so had to ask them to redo them. Finally, the self-serve peanuts were in a box on top of a trash can. This was an odd way of delivering food. I am giving this place a 3 because it's always been timely in the past. read more

If I could give it less than a star I would. Did a web order for a pickup in about an hour. Walked in 5 minutes later than the pick up time and it wasn't ready, in fact it was sitting there but no one acknowledged it being there (aside everyone spoke Spanish and no one could understand them). Then one person said I had to wait because they were doing fries. Already 15 minutes overdue. I told him that my order was supposed to be ready 15 minutes ago and he could have dropped the fries in there long before! He apparent didn't understand (language barrier). Their fries will teleport you to a mind state that your eating Thrashers on the Boardwalk in Ocean City, md! I've always had a good experience at this Five Guys location but Saturday (12/14/19) was exceptional. My son wanted to go to Five Guys with his friends for his birthday. I stopped by before the big day to ask the manager if we'd be allowed to bring his cake into the establishment and he was very accommodating. We had the boys fill out menus prior to so that ordering would go smoothly. The young man at the register was very efficient; he ensured that every order was submitted and labeled correctly. The food almost never disappoints and the portions are way beyond generous. So much so that I never order anything but the "little" burger/cheeseburger and if my wife is with me then we share an order of fries (they literally fill the bag). This particular joint has one of those cool soda mixing machines by Coca-Cola where you can mix and combine something like 100 different flavors. I love this but leads to some long lines while people sort through all the options and makes the decision much harder than your average fountain. My only complaint was more specific to this location's service. I was only the second customer in the place when I walked in and was greeted with a gruff by someone near the counter who then abruptly turned and bee lined it for the kitchen in the back leaving me alone at the counter. An employee who was standing near that same door looked upset with that employee and slowly sauntered up to the counter a good 45 seconds later to help. They took my order just fine and I happily waited for my food. They called my number about 10 minutes later and I picked up my hot food but the poor gentleman who ordered prior to me was still waiting. The restaurant had by that time received a few more customers and he waited patiently for his number to be called. Sometimes your special requests or orders can cause them to finish them out of sequence but he was patient. After number 7 was called he did finally walk up and ask about his order at which time the staff looked bewildered asking each other if they had seen or made the order. After about a few moments of confusion they had the nerve to tell the guy they had called his number a while ago and given his food to someone else. They then proceeded to tell him that he should have paid closer attention to the numbers and that it wasn't their fault. I told the young man on my way out to ask for his money back because there is no way that he should have been treated that way for the staff having given his food away. This left a bad taste in my mouth after having eaten a delicious burger. read more

Best fast food burger for the buck, haven't been disappointed yet. Also love the vinegar option for the multitude of fresh French fries! I haven't been to Wendy's or McDonalds since discovering Five Guys. read more
