They will most likely forget something or put all the meat on one side among other foolishness. This time my sandwich had no beacon and no extra meat on it. I was so hungry I ate one side before I realized I got shorted. I tried to call about 4 times, no answer so I figured they know what they did. The food here is good if properly prepared but for that you have to be very lucky. Today, I was not. I'm about to give up on them. I made the order to go and sit down and waited for my food. As I was glancing over the receipt, I noticed that I was charged for a six piece boneless wing combo with fries. It was about $2.50 more expensive than I wanted to pay. I went up to Luis, and he quickly voided my order and re-rang it. I was assured I would not be double charged. Unfortunately, I was double charged. I took the food to go as I live about a minute around the corner. When I got home to eat, I noticed that the cheesesteak was cold and I was only given four wings instead of six. It was also the wrong flavor. What confuses me is that the person who took my order was the same person that made the wings. I will not be going back and I will not recommend this place. It's too expensive for what you get. I spent about $17 for a sandwich with very little meat and four wings instead of 6.

We ordered the Philly Cheese w/ pasta salad, the Teriyaki Salmon w/ mac 'n cheese, and also Ahi Tuna sandwich w/ the soup of the day, being broccoli and cheese. When I asked for my tip back, she said no to that too. I'm sorry... the tip I added on top voluntarily? Eventually she did give the tip back, but only after arguing about it. Needless to say, I will be disputing this charge with my bank. I do not pay for things that were offered or promoted as free. Take your money somewhere else. We ordered two deviled eggs and one came out without the bacon, which kind of set the tone for the rest of the meal. The Bloody Mary, which they're supposedly known for, is now a batch cocktail and you can absolutely tell. It lacked flavor, spice, and even basic seasoning. It also didn't come with the celery, bacon, or pickled onions that used to make it stand out. It was mid at best. The barbacoa tacos were also underwhelming. They weren't very filled and lacked flavor overall. Service unfortunately didn't help the experience either. We had to remind our waitress about the Big Reds that were supposed to come with the meal, and they didn't arrive until I was already halfway done eating. We also had to flag down another employee just to get steak knives for the people eating steak and eggs. Honestly, I won't be going back. It's pretty telling that a restaurant that used to be packed is now barely half full. The quality just doesn't seem to match the reputation anymore.
