But once you know where it is, it's easy to find and worth it. I went in during lunch one day and it was quiet. The hours are limited, as they close early afternoon. I had a great conversation with the owners and cook, Gus, and his lovely wife behind the counter. I ordered the lamb gyro plate with the french fries - and Gus said, you can get fries anywhere, try my rice! And so he served up the rice and asked me to try it right then and there. I asked for my feta on the side, and again he was insistent I try it then. The portions are gigantic - it was enough for at least 2 meals. We talked about his background in ethnic cooking. I was impressed they opened up around the time Covid-19 was raging and they've managed to stay in business despite opening up during a difficult time. The food was good, the portions are generous, making it a good value for the money, I enjoyed meeting the proprietors, and I'm looking forward to returning and trying out some of his soups and other lunch items.

Saturday morning, I called in a carry-out order for a Ham, Egg, and Cheese breakfast sandwich on wheat, and on Monday, I walked in and ordered the Chicken Enchiladas dinner for carry-out. Both were really excellent and a GREAT value with plenty of food! I could only finish half of each at each sitting and had the rest as leftovers later on those respective days. Dine-in and carry-out is available, and the menu hangs above the kitchen and consists of breakfast and lunch sandwiches, as well as some Mexican favorites, such as tacos, buritos, and enchiladas, with choice of chicken, beef, or pork. His website, Facebook page, Google page, and Yelp page all show slightly different business hours, but the key takeaways are 1) open for breakfast and lunch Monday-Saturday, and 2) the food is delicious at a great value! This last photo shows the Summer business hours will be 8am-2pm Monday-Saturday, starting June 13th, but you safely call in a carry-out order or dine-in during those times this week, too.

I got a gyro quesadilla combo, which came with seasoned fries and a can of soda. The fries were crispy and seasoned well, so no complaints there. Unlike the quesadillas from the taco food truck that parks on the opposite corner, the gyro quesadilla wasn't dripping with grease, which I appreciated. Though not as large as the quesadillas from the taco truck, it was just as flavorful. The guy who took my order was friendly. He recommended a platter on my next visit so I could try the rice. I saw their menu has a funnel cake for dessert so I might need to try that too. They do accept online orders through their website, so that's convenient.

It's a food truck in a gas station parking lot across from the cemetery with a friendly guy at the window. I opted for the chicken, gyro, rice, frys and sauce on my cheddar and jalapeños Cheetos. OMG it smelled amazing like Mediterranean food. This was such a great combination. The gyro and chicken was super tender. The rice was cooked perfectly. The sauce mixed with everything well and was tasty. Overall this this super simple concept that works very well and how has no one else in Milwaukee thought of this and I'm sure other food trucks will steal the concept in time because the food truck doesn't have to stock tons of chip varieties which takes up space on a small food truck kitchen which is smart, let the customer supply the main dish. Hats off to who ever thought that they could offer an infinite number walking street tacos kind of a thing from a tiny food truck with the customers putting the time and effort to make their dish.
