Located inside Walmart. If you download the app you get $5 off your first order. Grab the classic Philly with a side of fries and a drink. Philly was decent. Everything was cooked just right. The fries were nice and crispy and hot. Really not bad for a fast food chain.

Bone that cut my mouth when I took a bite out of my sandwich.

First and foremost, I used to LOVE this place. I have no idea what happened to it but it has gone downhill BIG TIME. They need to do a deep cleaning at this place. I know it gets busy but that is no excuse for it to be as dirty as it is. There is garbage all over the floor near the grill. The grill is disgusting. The customer service has gone downhill big time. They make you feel like you are bothering them by being there. I always get the chicken teriyaki with cheese fries. The last few times my sandwich was luke warm and my fries taste freezer burnt. The final straw for me was finding a bone of some sort in my chicken teriyaki! I don't even want to know what kind of bone it was because I am pretty sure it was way too small to be a chicken bone but needless to say I will not be returning. I just sent the information that was requested. Hopefully they are able to look into this so it doesn't happen to anyone else.

Steak&cheese...onions & peppers...am. cheese and mayo. Was delicious...took pic after a few bites... best C/S ever... $6.99 FOR small.

Name is Charlie's Philly Steaks in Wellington Mall food court.. First visit so l got small size for test. Best C/S ever...bun was outstanding, as was the steak accompanied by onions and green peppers, American cheese and dab of mayo. Thankfully steak was not chopped up to resemble hamburger.. Lower the price and l give it 5 stars. $6.99 small...&8.99 medium..I believe large was $10.99.....$6.99 way too high for the small. It is about the same size as a 6" subway sandwich... BUT......so tasty, they can charge and get away with it....Visiting Fla. For 5 weeks, just means l will return and plunk down my money...

Hahaha hahaha hold on..... I'm still laughing

I'm really not sure what I was expecting from a mall food court cheesesteak spot. I arrived to a long line and a sign reading number one cheesesteak in the world (not sure who gave them that title). Each steak here has lettuce, tomato, pickle and mayo on it which I had trouble wrapping my head around. If you tried to order that in Philly you'd be thrown off the line, literally. Anyway I asked for the classic wiz wit or has I asked for it here to non Philadelphians a steak with onions and cheese wiz. I was looked at like I had 10 heads. After repeating this to 3 different people they finally got it right. It became clear no one working there or on line has ever had a real Philly cheesesteak. So how did it taste? Let's just say a picture is worth a thousand words!

    Small chicken philly and fries.

Located in the mall food court. Had the chicken philly and fries special. The bread seemed a little stale and the cheese wasn't melted enough. Also, the people making the sandwiches are way more interested in talking to each other than interacting with the customers. The person at the register was pleasant. Next, time I'll probably choose the chicken chain or Greek restaurant. This food court has much better options.

The worst customer service and subs are a ripoff. Owners should check what's going on.

There were so many good choices on the menu that intrigued me (including the steak bomb, buff chic, and italian) but OF COURSE I had to try their beef carpaccio sub... it is truly life changing. Fresh crusty baguette, delicious tasty beef carpaccio, fried onion strings with balsamic??? it is just outstanding. In my opinion, it is worth it to get the boxed lunch. IT came with a ginger lemonade, fresh kettle chips, and a delicious chocolate chip cookie with sea salt. omg. and of course a pickle too. This place is just next level. I cant wait to try the shop in the Gables and to also try some different sandwiches on the menu. Pro tip: place your order ahead of time because it will take about 20 minutes for them to make the sandwich.

Unfortunately, the food didn't live up to the setting. It was mediocre at best and honestly felt more on par with something you'd get at Olive Garden than at a restaurant with this kind of vibe and price point. On top of that, the service was quite slow, which made the overall experience feel even more underwhelming. If you're going for drinks, music, and ambiance, it may be worth a visit. But if you're expecting the food and service to match the atmosphere, it falls short.

Just a quick update since my prior review from almost two years ago…read more Unlike the Coral Springs restaurant, this location is still as good as ever! The service is still good and so is the food. This location didn't change their chili recipe and it's still delicious. Just mentioning this because the chili recipe has recently been changed in Coral Springs. I like coming here, it's casual and the food is consistently good. They get busy but the servers try their best to take care of their guests. One thing I appreciate is they let you know upfront if the kitchen is running a few minutes behind. That's very refreshing considering not to many restaurants do that. Recently I had a burger with tater tots and it was excellent. I tried the shepherds pie and that was ok, but I love a good burger and they make them really good here. They are near Kaluz, on the outskirts of the mall. The place is always busy, but the people who work here are always nice and I love that. No attitudes, just good food, reasonable prices and great people.

When we walked in (about 3:30 pm on a Saturday) we were surprised to hear that the inside bar wasn't open. Typically we sit at the bar and order food from there. (Later we realized that they had an outdoor bar that was open, but it was too hot to be out there). When we got seated, our server came over and greeted us pretty quickly. (Can't remember her name unfortunately - but she mentioned to us that she had only been in Florida about a year from New York - thank you for being a great server!) The menu is HUGE. They have so much to choose from! Took us a little bit to figure out what we wanted. Appetizer: The Perfect Storm Combo! Highly recommend!! It came with a few different appetizers: mozzarella sticks (filled with cheese!!!), bonefish wrappers (egg rolls stuffed with shrimp, krabmeat and cheeses - this was my FAVORITE!), chicken fingers and potato boats (skins). The perfect appetizer for when you want to try a few different things! Entrees: Husband ordered the Jerk Wings with the trifecta sauce, swapped out the medium for hot, and then added garlic. DELICIOUS! Really great wings! I ordered Cathi's Calicaccia! The chicken was really nice and juicy (which made the bottom bun a bit too soggy for my taste - but they brought me a new bun right away!) - and the french fries were super good! All in all, we really enjoyed our lunch there!!

But it's been 9 hours, and I still can't stop thinking about the Australian Wagyu Filet Katsu Sando I had for lunch. It was tiny, but packed a huge flavor, and it was the first time I ate a steak that melted like butter with every bite. It is amazing how a filet sandwich can be so soft, so tender, so flavorful - it's an experience that I won't soon forget. Because the sandwich was pretty small, I also enjoyed the Frito pie. The saltiness of the Fritos (that reminded me of being a child) juxtaposed with the tanginess of the pickled red onions, cream, cilantro and savory chopped wagyu meat was such a fun, but elevated nacho dish. There were so many drinks to choose from, but I really wanted to focus on the food this time. The staff (I think her name is Tuesday) was so kind and knowledgeable - she's the one who led me to the epic sandwich experience I had. The vibe was pretty chill despite being extremely busy. I'm typically not very cognizant of what people around me are eating, but the father and son at the table next to me had a burger, burrito, pb&j sando and more, and I have to admit, I was kind of jealous, because I wanted to try it all! What a gem of a restaurant - I have already made plans to come back with my parents!
