Honestly just because i love jersey mikes and AT LEAST someone was nice im giving it 3 stars. One of the ladies on the line was extremely rude. from the start she said "what do you want" I honestly was baffled and didn't realize what she said up until the second time she said something. Got to the end and literally she looked so pissed off that i bought something, charged me didn't even ask if i wanted a receipt literally did want one so I HAD to ask her and she didn't even move a muscle once I asked. I've tried to eat at this place 3 times over 2 weeks. But you walk in and watch flies climb all over the meat, cheese, toppings, and everything else. I never waste time leaving a bad review but, this needs to be addressed. I don't know how anyone can stand there ordering their sandwich and flies are landing on everything and the sandwich guy doesn't even react, like it's totally NORMAL. That is disgusting!!! The young man behind the counter was very friendly and welcomed me as I stepped in. My roast beef sandwich with provolone cheese was fixed quickly and efficiently by the same employee. The sandwich was huge, so I brought half of it home to eat the next day.The roast beef was rare, which is the way I like it. I thoroughly enjoyed eating at Jersey Mike's. Came to this Jersey Mike yesterday with my family. Went to the lady's room, NO toilet paper, NO hand soap, especially during this COVID time! I have no idea if their employees washing their hands before going back to prepare food for the customers or not.. All of the tables there were dirty, they were all covered with crumbs. I told TWO employees that there were no toilet paper or hand soap in the ladies room but NETHER of them cared. Great, after hearing their responses, I had NO desire to eat here at all...
