And finally my food was done, it took the elderly woman an unprofessional amount of time to write the receipt as she apparently kept making mistakes. We all were absolutely raving about the fries. They were cut in a unique way I hadn't seen before, where they were little slats. Not dry-shaped, not wedges, but slats. They enabled the perfect combination of crunch and tenderness The locale is very unpretentious in the best way. I wouldn't mind living in this area and being a local here. Seems like they regularly have live music and other cool events. The singular gripe we had is that it took a very long time to get our food. But that's our own fault for coming on Labor Day Monday.
