Got the "Mac daddy" burger. There wasn't enough Mac and cheese to even taste. Burger was not good- have had better quality/taste at Wendy's especially for the price. Fries had no seasoning/salt/flavor. Was really looking forward to eating here but we will not be back.

Great friendly staff, it was a snow day and they all where great friendly and informative, the food was unique also everything we ordered was good and presented well

I see a bunch of negative reviews, but...our spaghetti, garlic rolls and pizza were amazing! Server was fantastic! Never had to ask for refills and she brought napkins with the food. Brought to go boxes without beings asked. There are so many other wonderful things I could say, just know we will definitely be back. Thanks so much!

We went on a Sunday evening at about 5pm. Place was dead. There were about 15-20 people in the bar and about the same in the dining room. We were greated relatively promptly but the host wasn't too happy to be there. I think something may have been wrong with her (bad day, personal problems) as after she sat us she sat a few tables down and struggled to wrap silverware. Not because she didn't know what she was doing, but because she was not present in the moment. It took about 30-60 seconds to wrap each set. She just sat and played with the silverware. (That part was actually a little gross, please don't play with silverware you're giving to guests.) I hope she has a better day soon. Our waitress was pleasant enough and she came to greet us quickly. Food came very quickly too and was huge portions. She didn't bring the food (after the apps) though and didn't check on us til we needed boxes so maybe she was on a break? No worries. We only waited a few minutes after we were ready for our tab. We had the pretzel with cheese for an appetizer and it was really pretty good. Cheese was luke warm though. I like mine HOT. We both had BBQ entrees for dinner. I had the brisket and my hubby had the 3 meat combo. He didn't like the pulled pork and the sausage didn't taste truly BBQ'd, but overall he liked it. He smokes a lot of meats at home and we thought the brisket was VERY tender but it had no bark. Really bummed about this. Mine also had an abnormally large amount of fat on it. It was like I got the fattiest pieces they had. Not my preference, but I took it home for the dogs. Overall it was good but we won't rush to come back. If we do we'll probably try the burgers or pizza as they seem to be well liked.

Great family-owned Italian restaurant!…read more One thing to know before you go: they only take reservations for parties of six or more. We arrived around 5:20 p.m. and were seated immediately, but by 5:45 there was already a wait. If you're dining with just one or two people, there are several seats available in the bar area. I started with an Old Fashioned. The moment I saw the bright red cherry and small ice cubes, I knew it probably wasn't going to match the quality of the food. It was drinkable, but they could definitely upgrade their Old Fashioned program because the food deserves it. Every table starts with a fresh salad and warm bread. The salad was very good, and the bread was absolutely delicious. I decided to try something new, the Pollo Dill, and I'm glad I did! It featured chicken and rigatoni tossed in a rich, flavorful Parmesan cream sauce. It was outstanding and easily my favorite dish of the night. We also ordered the Pollo Parmesan and the Pollo al Limone, and both were excellent. Our grandkids enjoyed the spaghetti with a huge meatball, which they quickly devoured. The service was attentive throughout the meal, and our water glasses were never empty. The restaurant has the warm, welcoming character you'd expect from a longtime family-owned Italian restaurant. If you're looking for authentic Italian food with generous portions, friendly service, and plenty of charm, this place deserves a spot on your list. Just get there early if your party has fewer than six people. Cheers!

We tried the stuffed mushrooms, the bread and salad, the Dill Shrimp and Tiramisu for dessert. Everything was hot, fresh and well paced. This is an excellent, romantic spot. Dimly lit tables, individual booths, you can have a conversation. We will be back with our family for another meal soon.

The meatball appetizer was three mini meatballs. I've seen meatballs on sub sandwiches bigger than these. The lasagna, was really without any sauce. It was a bolognese sauce. Also it lacked the stretchy cheese pull that one expects from a lasagna. The pasta dishes from what I tried was a little to al dente, there was too much chew in the pasta. That said for the prices that they charge to not offer a side salad or at least some bread with the meal is disappointing.

The food is amazing. For appetizers I would recommend getting the focaccia and meatballs. Entree wise, I would HIGHLY recommend splitting the Pappardelle e Ragú di Maiale Bianco and something else with another one of your table mates. The portion size is perfect for one person but you'll want to try more than one item. If you are there in the summer, you must try the Tomato Martini (PLEASE bring it back for next summer's menu!). The service and ambiance of Osteria Stella and Brother Wolf is what completely sets them apart. OS is a high class, quiet, romantic restaurant with dark colors and knowledgeable servers who value your experience. BW is simply a high end bar. That said, BW is much more fast paced and really my only complaint, the music was absurdly loud the night we were there for dinner and the restaurant was crowded, so everyone was trying to talk over the music and you almost had to yell to even hear the person sitting right beside you. If going to OS, you would likely need reservations, especially on a weekend. With BW, they don't take reservations to my knowledge and it's a free for all for an open seat at the bar or an open table. Really the difference is what kind of vibe you're going for.

I especially like the restaurant atmosphere. It's very comfortable, upper scale and no matter how packed you can have a conversation with your table mates and everyone can be heard. I really like that they take reservations; it gives the whole place a true date night vibe. We started with the truffle fries, which are always a great choice (Added ranch on the side of course). Next time I'm definitely planning to try the artichokes and Brussels sprouts: they looked amazing coming out to other tables. For drinks, I tried the Greenway seasonal cocktail and it was my favorite of the night--really well balanced and something I'd order again without hesitation. I also sampled the cucumber basil martini, which was fine but not quite as good even though it's in a similar flavor profile. The Gold Coast was another solid option, just very strong and on the boozier side. Food-wise, I probably should have stuck with what they do best (the pasta and cheese wheel with added chicken) but I tried the mushroom rigatoni instead. It had a good base flavor, but it was a bit heavy on the pepper the night I went, which overpowered it for me. I'd skip that one next time. I'm curious to go back and try the short rib or the vodka sauce pasta instead. To finish, the chocolate pot de crème was perfect: rich, smooth, and just the right portion. If you only want a few bites of dessert, it's ideal. Overall, Bella is still a go-to for me, especially for a nice dinner or date night atmosphere.
