She sounds amazing though and I plan to meet her next time I'm in. This shop is the perfect epitome of Napa style. Relaxed but classy, not taking itself too seriously, bright and fun. Not fussy or snobby in the slightest. My brother and his husband did some shopping on the men's side, while my sister and I shopped on the gals' side. I found a few Johnny Was pieces I loved, but in the end I just can't spend money on clothes right now when I'm in the process of buying and renovating a new house! But, I'll be back in Napa soon, and when I do, I plan to meet Scott's mom and have her put me in some clothes! Please support local and set aside a little money to spend in this great local shop as they rebound from the last year!!

Which probably explains why I thought there was just about zero selection for the women. It's still a small space for the women's clothing. There's not much of it but at least now right before the holiday frenzy begins, the store is reasonably stocked. There are a selection of sizes. There are some great colors. The sales are definitely on the gentle side. But they'll work their way up to the holiday frenzy in no time at all. Thanks to my doctor changing my medication's, I will be involuntarily losing weight. I hope it settles down soon probably around the New Year's. I'll have to check back then to see if there's anything left.

Eraldis is my go to shoe store when fit and quality are paramount! They had what I had been told was the best brand of muck boots from Australia, called Red Back with a black widow spider logo. Solid leather with vibram like rubber sole that doesn't mark floors but is tacky and tough. The boots were fantastic after a little stretching they performed as my foot is notoriously wide at EEE width, so fit is very important as I put a lot of miles on my feet with no car in Edinburgh and it's a very hilly place! Now these boots serve for washing the car or yard work as they offer great protection from the wet and are stiff enough to take a blow or fallen branch! This store has more than shoes with some nice shirts, pants and wigwam socks of course but the quality of knowledge on shoes and fitting is par none! Everything I've ever bought here lasts so long! This is a true American family business that treats their customers with respect, kindness and provides a good value for your money! They have been willing for me to order shoes with them that can be hard to get in my sizes and so the price is even more reasonable. Don't pass on Eraldi's!

We took over 3 hours shopping at our favourite brand stores. Had an enjoyable time, found good deals. In the last few months some changes seem to have happened, there are no food places anymore, the restroom location has shifted and there are some snack and beverage vending machines placed in the area outside those. I like this placement better; the restrooms are now located centrally in the mall. Ample parking spaces which makes it convenient. Over all a good experience except for the brief not so worthy a moment at the Adidas store - the front desk person there - she is not a best customer servicing person. Maybe someone really needs to look into that aspect. Will come back soon!

Ambiance - See above. Right off the freeway 29, so very convenient. We have probably not been here for over 30 years...? Open 7 days a week, see website for specific hours. Service - Overall okay. Price - Depends on what you buy. I would say most businesses here are in the medium price range. Disappointed that such an awesome curated offering had potentially closed up shop, it wasn't until a few weeks later when I was in Yountville and poking around after at tasting at the JCB Atelier and Tasting Room that I happened to find them not closed but relocated to a bigger and better space in Yountville with an expanded offering. Now full disclosure, I do think of Hunter//Gatherer as more of a women's store -- that's where most of their assortment is dedicated. That said, in the new space has really allowed them to expand their men's offerings to include an awesome set of curated goods. I find the new space to be super welcoming and a bit like exploring a museum of wonders where everything is for sale. I can't help but pick up something every time I wander in... which is not infrequently since it is right behind R+D Kitchen. I also have to say I really love the team -- in particular Colby. She's always apt to share an opinion and has equally steered me towards things that I wouldn't have expected and turned me away from others that I thought could be great but she pointed out why they just weren't "perfect" for me. She really knows her assortment and makes the extra effort to know you as a person to make sure she is making a recommendation that really makes sense. It's awesome to see people so knowledgeable about their stuff. Highly recommend.
