Weeks prior I had to find a good facility to board our dog....Who did not mind answering my questions. We were only staying 2 to 3 days....Looking at this fine facilities yelp reviews...well let's just say I'm happy the reviews were right on point....when their reviews are honest they can be helpful... The facility was very clean...the owner was very helpful when it came to answering all of our questions and addressing all of our concerns. We even got a video which was wonderful. The price was fair. We even had to leave a day early. She was very gracious and very accommodating. Our Pets treatment was that of a loving atmosphere. We will definitely use Unleashed again.

Trust me, this is no easy feat!). Teddy usually falls asleep on the ride home from camp as she's so exhausted from her doggy adventures but you can tell how happy and incredibly well cared for she is during her time away. We've had issues with boarding facilities in the past (check my reviews if interested) which left us hesitant to booking, especially considering the expense that comes with larger breed considerations. However, not only does TCC have better care, facilities, and customer service; they are also easier on the checkbook. Teddy definitely has a home away from home in TCC, and even though our new move puts us another 15 minutes out, we wouldn't go anywhere else!

As expected, she didn't cooperate very well, but instead of the staff making me feel guilty or shaming my dog, they nicely recommended I talk to my vet about a calming medication to help with the next appointment. Do Not Take Your Dog Here!…read more We took our puppy to Modern Pet Salon for the first time because we heard they use scissors instead of clippers, which we thought would be gentler. It turned out to be a terrible mistake. We specifically asked them multiple times not to cut too much of her hair, especially since she doesn't like it, but they insisted she had too many tangles and needed a full trim. Not only did they ignore our request, but they cut our puppy twice, both on her ears--areas where there was no tangled hair at all. They even called us during the appointment to say she was bleeding. Later, they claimed it was because she had an ear hematoma and that they had just trimmed it. That was a complete lie. We took her to the vet, who confirmed that the injury was a fresh cut from grooming and not from any medical condition. She did not have a hematoma. They hurt her, and then tried to cover it up. They also asked us to use an old sock to cover the wound, which felt incredibly unprofessional and careless. Since then, our puppy has been extremely uncomfortable. She keeps shaking her head, clearly bothered by her ears, and she has been very sad and withdrawn. This is the first and only time something like this has ever happened to her. I'm beyond disappointed. Not only should they have never charged us for this awful experience, but they should not be handling dogs, especially sensitive breeds like doodles, if they can't do so safely and honestly. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. Please protect your pet and take them somewhere else.

We've used both - our gal gets a really great workout and a nice playdate on a day-care day. We've also used them multiple times for boarding, and they are affordable, flexible on drop/pick up times, GREAT staff, and our gal always seems so happy & de-stressed after a visit here! They use text for drop & pick up, and it's very easy. Dogs get lots of supervised and structured play time, smaller and younger dogs protected and separated if needed. Great facility!!!!
