I had left instructions of how much to feed her, vet name and number, emergency vet number, etc. , etc. And this is after Devin came into my apartment and I had gone over everything with her! Devin texted me, took pictures and gave me a detailed description of how Mia was doing when I was gone. She cleaned her kitty litter, tried to play with her and even gave her treats! Mia hid from her but by the second day she actually came out of her hiding place. When Devin texted me that, it made me so happy! I did not worry at all about how Mia was doing by being alone because I knew that she was in good hands. I really enjoyed myself without having to be stressed out! It was so wonderful. Trust me, this is no easy feat!). Teddy usually falls asleep on the ride home from camp as she's so exhausted from her doggy adventures but you can tell how happy and incredibly well cared for she is during her time away. We've had issues with boarding facilities in the past (check my reviews if interested) which left us hesitant to booking, especially considering the expense that comes with larger breed considerations. However, not only does TCC have better care, facilities, and customer service; they are also easier on the checkbook. Teddy definitely has a home away from home in TCC, and even though our new move puts us another 15 minutes out, we wouldn't go anywhere else!

Would never use her for pet sitting…read more Had to come home from planned vacation weekend due to her inability to take care of 2 pups.  This one excerpt from a text exchange sums it up."I'm doing my best, I spent 2 hours here, any other pet sitter would have left them."  Not a great comfort level when you are a few hours away.  Had to come home the next morning. If you are looking for experienced dogsitter and you have hyper young pups, I would think twice before using this service. Some examples of a few incidents that made our decision to come home: At the meet and greet, I  asked her to be honest if she felt she could handle the job. Her words, she assured me this would be no problem while dogs were barking at her. Did not follow any instructions left and found them in garbage with empty jar of peanut butter and cheese peanut butter cracker wrappers.  She could not get dogs in cage after I gave several suggestions Left my sliding door open the entire time  Poop all over yard not picked up with pooper scooper. Did not play outback with dogs and no pictures provided. Her exact correspondence with each visit: Visit 1: Dogs ate/drank/ pottied and are in crates. Assured me dogs were both in cage to find on my camera one of  my pups were roaming around.  Without my consent, gave  peanut butter and cheese peanut butter crackers to try and get them in cage, and that's all they ATE, plus all of training treats. Provided calming pills to give and it was ignored.  My pups both had bad diarrhea when we got home, my one pup especially has sensitive stomach, this occurred due to not eating regular scheduled food. Informed her to leave my key and not to do any more visits we were coming home. I looked on my camera and saw she was in my house, says she did not see text and I owe her for visit as she was already there.  I should of went on my dogs instincts at time of meet and greet. NEVER AGAIN.

Oh and I'm pretty sure they swept the house since both girls shed white hair and there was hardly any on the floors! Nikki and Alan keep the keys to my house and my credit card stays on file. This is a long term relationship. I trusted them fully with my kids. Nikki always send me a pic and text when she's done with Piper. The newest and youngest member of the family. We have a couple trips planned and no doubt the kids will be boarding with them. I'm horrible at times at scheduling in advance for them to come and let the kids out.. But I never have to worry. I would text Nikki. She will give me a time and done. No worries, I know she or Alan will get over and take care of my furbabies.
