And I trusted her to take good care of it. I went for a haircut on February 7, 2024 and was looking forward to getting it styled by Emily. It was an absolutely HORRIBLE experience. She turned me away from the mirror so I couldn't see what she was doing. Emily totally disregarded the thinning of my hair and pulled out a whole lot of it with her round brush and blow dryer. She cut the back of my hair a lot shorter than the front and very UNEVEN. I trusted her to take good care of my hair and obviously I shouldn't have. After I went home and realized how badly Emily had damaged my hair, I went back to ask for a refund and she refused. I've had to take all kinds of steps to try and repair the damage Emily caused to my hair. I feel sick that I was such a bad judge of character.

I booked her 3 days in advance..a call or text would have stopped this review but because they were unprofessional, unreliable and cause me to go to an event with undone and broken nails I am never recommending them to anyone and I have recommended them to everyone. It's not the end of the world but when you rely on someone to give a service and you are left looking a mess..it's upsetting.
