First time at this spa and I had a great experience! Very warm welcome and the option for treatments were explained very well. I got the full hour body massage and I feel so relaxed after. My masseuse checked in with the strength of the massage everytime she's in a new area. They provide a lot of different types of massages that I definitely want to come back soon!

Stumbled across this place on Class Pass and came after work. I came a little bit earlier than my scheduled appointment. The receptionist greeted me very enthusiastically and was able to accommodate me. I booked an hour deep tissue massage and it comes with hot stones and oil. HIGHLY recommend! My masseuse went in DEEP! I had a knot in my right shoulder for the last couple of days, and she was able to get rid of it. I also had some lower back stiffness from helping a friend move the previous weekend, and I felt so much lighter after the massage. (I also noticed that they have nice towels here. I've been to quite a few massage places, and this place had the softest towels!) Thank you so much! I will definitely be coming back!

First time doing a deep tissue full body massage. It included hot oil and stone. I visited with my mother and booked the couple massage for us in the same room. The first 10 minutes was for us to take off clothes and get situated. They fulfilled the full time range of 60 minutes. Staffs are diligent with focusing on each body. Coco and Lisa assisted us and we enjoyed their service. It feels lovely to support our local businesses nearby They also check with you if the pressure is good periodically. They're friendly and accommodating and very responsive. They call and text to confirm appointment. Do note: they only take cash or PayPal. No cards. Areas of improvement would be to encourage more of reserving ahead of time so each service is uninterrupted and maybe robes for customers during the 10 minutes when budget allows.

I came here with my mom after finding this place on TikTok, and we both had such a great experience! We each got a 60-minute massage for $60, which is an amazing price for the quality of service. The ladies were so welcoming, kind, and made us feel comfortable from the moment we walked in. They were attentive and made sure we had a relaxing experience. This was a wonderful massage! So relaxing and the perfect pressure. She asked how it was and then stayed consistently that pressure. The place was clean, inviting and super prompt. Overall I give this place a 5/5 For their 1 hr full body massage w/ hot stones. - pricing is pretty decent for the service that you're getting. Typical spas inside resort or hotels would charge about 3-4x higher so I think for $60 it's worth it - the ladies here are very friendly and nice - I booked an appointment here but I think generally you can also do a walk in as well. I can't speak highly enough of Lucy at Charmin Spa Massage!! She was without a doubt the best massage therapist I've EVER had!! She's truly a professional and knows the muscular/nervous system (nerves/tension points) incredibly well, I was SO impressed! She didn't waste a SINGLE minute of the massage working on any muscles of my body that weren't in pain-- she found my tension spots and worked out the muscles that played a part in the tension along with the tension spot itself, the entire time! It was glorious, I literally can't wait to go back and see Lucy! A little background: I backpacked Southeast Asia and Europe for a year and lived abroad for a few more years after that- I've had a several hundred massages all around the world, including fancy resorts in Cabo, Jamaica, Róatan (Honduras) Philippines, Australia, etc... -- all of this to say, I have a well-established point of reference on massages! Why is Lucy the best in her field? For at least two years, I've had an intense pain under my left scapula/trapezius muscle that flared whenever I tilted my head to the left; Lucy worked out this pain! In addition, for more than five years, I've had this tension in my neck to where I couldn't tilt my head backwards or face myself upside down without immediately feeling dizzy; Lucy worked out muscles in my lower neck on either side of my spine (muscles that were so stiff I didn't even know they weren't supposed to feel like that) and now I have so much more mobility, I can even lean/tilt my head backwards and not start spinning! I had been to Charmin Spa Massage once before Covid hit in early March, I was beyond satisfied with my massage therapist even then, that's why I looked to Charmin first and, because of 2/2 A++ experiences, I will not go anywhere but Charmin!!! I don't know where Charmin owners/managers are finding these incredible massage therapists, but they are so absolutely amazing at what they do, you will not be disappointed!! Quite the contrary! I have found the very best massage Spa in Orange County! Inside the establishment, there was beautiful artwork and the rooms were very clean (table, sheet & towels smelled fresh & clean). I had the 1hour massage which includes hot stones & oil! OMG, I was in heaven!!! Also, I had a "FREE" facial treatment mask which was also part of my 1 hour massage! Never tried anything like this before , but wow, my face felt refreshed and super soft! The massage itself was super professional and Lisa hit every problem area that I asked her to work on with great skill! I have been to many massage places in California but this one is the best!!! So my day started off gloomy. I had an appointment at a different spa for a hot stone massage, but it was cancelled on short notice. After calling around to several other spas, none of whom had any availability, I called Charmin Spa Massage, explained my previously cancelled appointment, that I had taken the day off work just to have a massage and relax, and was overjoyed when they said they could squeeze me in! The minute I walked in to the spa I was so happy! The place is beautiful, echoing calm and softness throughout. I have never felt so great and amazing after a massage! Recently, due to persistent back pain, I found this massage place. When I walked in, the receptionist asked me attentively about the areas of pain and how long I had been experiencing it. I had previously tried chiropractors, cupping, and acupuncture, but none of them worked well for me, so I was just looking to give this a try. I only had large bills and was only able to give her some change i had and she literally pulled the bills out of my hand and made a face. I said thank yiunand she rolled her eyes and walked away. I have been switched on before but it's not the worse. The name is wrong on Yelp and outside. It's Tim's. I checked the address and the entire plaza. Phone number matches too. They got me twice. Their hours aren't accurate either. I forget what they are but I took a picture and submitted the name change and hours to Yelp. There's a $3 charge to use card. One time their machine didn't work and I had to walk to the ATM and come back. Overall descent pretty consistent. Oh, $25/hr including hot stones.

At some places, you gotta wonder if they change the sheets between customers. My therapist name was Mia. I think this is probably her store name, not her real name. Asked her to focus on my back as I have been suffering from a lot of back pain recently. She really put her muscles into massaging my lower back. Felt great when done. I had 90 mins full body massage with LuLu (!?) tonight. She did not seem to know how to massage at all. Wondered how could they get certified as an MT (!?)... Music was a little too loud to relax. Beside, it was very noisy when staffs kept talking very loud in the hallway. Both owner and Lulu could not speak English much, so it was so hard to communicating with them. I wanted to take some pix inside, but the owner blocked my phone, and she chased me out of the door.

My experience with this massage place was not good. My masseuse had long sharp nails when she was…read moremassaging my shoulders and back (wouldn't call it a massage but a back rub), I told her that her nails were hurting me that they were to long but she didn't seem to care. I told her to do deeper pressure when massaging me, and she responded with "that will cost you $5 more because deeper pressure its a "deep massage". In which I responded that I had payed for a deep pressure massage to begin with, however, she responded that what I had payed for was a swedish massage and started telling me the difference between a swedish massage and a deep massage. They try to sell you other things like hot rocks and deeper pressure for more money while you are trying to just relax. All their prices at the form have (DEEP PRESSURE MASSAGE) however, that is not what you get! I had high hopes with this place, but I'm not returning. She left me scratch marks and god knows if I will be getting any type of infection because of it.
