Communication with this company is superb Two nice ladies came to clean my condo. I forgot to tell Charming Casa ahead of time that there are stairs to my condo, but I heard no complaints. The two ladies are friendly and efficient. My place looked clean. My only tiny minuscule complaint is that I did not like how they rearranged my things and put stuff away in the cabinets or drawers. My countertops are bare and so it is not like there were many obstacles for their cleaning. . . Or they could have placed the things back where they were originally. But really not a big deal. Still unsure if I would try them out again in regards to the pricing. read more

Scheduled a month in advance, however a few days prior I received a message that I would need to reschedule due to their double booking. Luckily not a huge issue as I was able to be pretty flexible. Two gentleman showed up and were super friendly, got to cleaning immediately. Not very thorough, the kitchen came out better than the rest. The kitchen and stove came out VERY good but I think all the time was put into those two appliances. I did a walkthrough before and after with them and didn't notice the after until I actually stayed in the home over night. I had to re-clean pretty much everything besides the ceiling fans and kitchen. Price was standard for my size home (grande cleaning) but things weren't as clean as expected for a "professional" move-out clean. read more

Charming Casa has been great. Me and my Roomate's would take turns cleaning the house each week. We would spend a good couple hours each Sunday or we would forget or get too busy to do our cleaning. Very thorough and professional set up procedure over the phone. Explained the charges and what they do and don't do. Victor was the cleaner who came and did a great job....but... We asked for the tile floors to be cleaned as part of the service package we agreed to. And they were- but just wiped down with a rag. I had to do the edges and corners ourselves. Not left with a clean fresh scent as would be expected after a floor mopping. But overall a good price for the service we received. Would use again. read more

We hired Charming Casa to do two jobs -the move-in clean for our new home, and the move-out for the rental we were leaving. Prior to booking with Ian and Charming Casa, I called and emailed several cleaning companies as our new home had some big challenges - a ton of cat hair (literally, a ton of cat hair) and some questionable housekeeping methods by the prior owner. I knew with my allergies that I wouldn't be able to clean it myself. Of the companies I contacted, only Charming Casa provided straight forward pricing, information regarding cleaning methods and solutions to the concerns I had. Both my email and phone correspondence with Ian put me at ease, and made me feel as though I was working with a professional who would make sure our needs were met. For both houses, the crews (Mike, Nick, Lauren) arrived on time and ready to work, with all of the cleaning supplies and energy they would need to tackle the job. Our new home presented a great number of challenges for the crews, as it was discovered that the cat hair was an even bigger problem than I had predicted. However, I am happy to share that I just spent the first night in my new home, and had absolutely ZERO issues with my allergies. In each of our homes, the crews got amazing results and a beautiful clean. Of note are the master bathroom shower door in the new house - which we thought was frosted glass. Mike proudly called me into the bathroom to show me it was actually clear glass with years of hard water build-up - and the results he got were amazing! On top of that, he spent upwards of two hours just removing all of the hidden, sneaky cat hair that literally covered every surface and crevice. Nick and Lauren spent an incredible amount of time making the kitchen cabinets and stove/oven look as good as new - which was no easy task with all of the baked on grease and grime on the stainless steel appliances. The crews did a thorough walk thru with us prior to leaving both homes, to ensure we were 100% satisfied. Despite an incredibly hectic situation working around the plumbers in the new house, and the movers in the rental, the results were even better than we had expected. Both homes are truly sparkling clean, even in areas you might not think to check. My first experience with charming casa was amazing, it was a move out clean and they did a spectacular job, then I had them come in a few times for house cleaning. I didn't get the same crew and I asked them specifically to focus on the baseboards and doors, walls and if they didn't get to other things in the 3 hours or so that was fine because I can do the day to day cleaning myself, it's this other deeper cleaning stuff I need help with. Well of the 3 times they came out I can tell they just aren't programmed to do that. The house was dusted and mopped and cleaned, but the baseboards, walls door jams and light switch plates were still dirty. As I said I gave them two more opportunities and got more specific with my request each time but each time they pretty much just cleaned the house on auto pilot. so if that's what you're looking for that's great, if you want specific stuff then I'm not sure they are the right company. read more

This was not an ordinary clean! I'm a Realtor and I needed a thorough move-out clean for an old home that was in pretty poor condition due to the seller having been elderly and unwell for some time. I went online and started searching for a house cleaning service as I broke my ankle and needed a service to come in and clean my house before we drowned in a sea of dog hair.... I learned the hard way that it's very difficult, if not absolutely impossible to vacuum and mop with one leg out of commission. We walked thru and I told them what I wanted done and let them know that I let the dog hairs get outta control as I was unable to keep up with my shedding beasts and they proceeded to get to work.
