Jessica was my esthetician. She talked me through the process and evaluated my skin as I asked her questions. She had the greatest demeanor and easy to get along attitude. Talking about massages, the table was a heated massage table. Nice. I also added a hand treatment. After the hydra facial, I was shown the water. It was cloudy, not too bad as I was told. She advised me on some products they offer, not a hard sell pitch. I declined; she didn't hard press which I appreciate. My face was glowing (luminous and rosy) and seemed less poof-y afterwards. My hands felt more moisturized. The dry skin on my inner palm gently sloughed off. The next day, they looked revitalized. Pricing is comparable or less expensive to other local places. The facility is clean and is gorgeously designed. It has a calming white color scheme. Giving off modern, posh vibes without the pretentiousness or clinical feeling. I scheduled a Morpheus8 treatment and waited months for my appointment. Upon arrival, RH Aesthetic drew approximately 100 mL of my blood as part of the planned procedure. Only after drawing my blood was I informed that I was not a candidate for treatment based on an assessment that, in my experience, was inaccurate. My concern is not that they declined to perform the procedure. Providers should always exercise clinical judgment when appropriate. My concern is that a thorough consultation and candidacy assessment should have occurred before any blood was drawn. At the time, I was anemic, making the situation even more concerning. Drawing blood and then determining a patient is ineligible for treatment reflects poor screening and questionable clinical workflow. Patients trust medical spas to make these determinations before initiating any part of a procedure. Since then, I have undergone multiple Morpheus8 treatments elsewhere without issue and was considered an appropriate candidate. While my views on Morpheus8 technology itself have evolved over time, that is separate from this review. The issue is the lack of proper assessment before proceeding with treatment preparation. This experience left me feeling that patient care and safety were secondary to process and appearance. For that reason, I cannot recommend RH Aesthetic and am leaving a one-star review. There are many qualified providers who take the time to properly evaluate patients before beginning treatment. I encourage prospective clients to do their research and choose a provider that prioritizes thorough consultation, patient safety, and professional clinical judgment.

We booked a couple of days advance for my daughter and her friend, to celebrate her friend's 12th birthday. Went back and forth a few times over text message with them about making sure the girls could be together for the kids scalp treatment (it's for ages 8-14) and an on the go facial- each service 30 mins, one hour total for each girl. The girls were excited for the special occasion. The shop looks like it is still being set up and just opened recently. Kind of a pop up type vibe / ambiance. When we arrived we were greeted but the person didn't speak English and when I confirmed we were there for two facials and two kids scalp treatments per the appt, she looked at the girls and started saying things we couldn't understand. We used a translator on her phone to try to communicate, she was telling me the "babies" had too much hair and they couldn't wash "it" all out. My daughter has long thick curly hair and her friend has straight hair a few inches past her shoulders. No one had asked about length or texture or anything at the time of booking. We waited for another employee to come but she also couldn't communicate in English. I asked them via their translator about the facials we booked, thinking since they seemed to be saying they couldn't perform the scalp service since they could not wash the girls' hair out in thirty minutes. It was unclear if they didn't have time or wanted us to pay more money. This was their advertised service, we had planned on it... no disclaimers about long hair needing anything special in terms of cost or time, nothing about anything being put in that was difficult to wash out, I still have no idea what the issue was. I asked if they were trying to get me to pay more for a different service? They couldn't explain or answer anything well. They pointed at another package that cost twice what we had booked ($40 kids package, they wanted us to do the $80 package for both girls). The facials were additional obviously, but every time I asked about them they ignored me and continued saying they could not wash the kids hair. I was hoping we could just do facials and salvage the bday celebration. We couldn't have any conversation past that, even with the translator. I took time off work, and this was the last day before school starts that the girls were available to celebrate. None of that is Elodia's problem, they likely forgot that it was a special occasion but judging by the way they handled it, they probably wouldn't have cared. They need to make sure someone with the ability to communicate works there to help guests and they definitely need to update their pricing and information, if age is not the determining factor as they state, and length of hair is, they should tell people that up front instead of trying the bait and switch when customers arrive. We spent quite a while trying to communicate and when it was evident they could not and or would not be able to perform any of the four services we booked, and were just going to keep saying the same few words over and over (who knows if they would have also told me the girls faces were too big and would also cost extra for facials LOL)... we left. Anywhere who cared about customer service at all would have just performed the service they sold and let us know it took longer and might cost more next time. I would have tipped generously and appreciated them making the experience work, especially since it wasn't our fault they booked services they don't seem to have any clarity for. We were able to find another activity and the girls still had a great day but we will have to reschedule the spa experience and I would definitely urge against anyone going here until they figure things out. I was going to another place but wasn't really seeing the results I wanted + my skin was starting to feel really irritated and I wasn't sure why. I decided to make a an appointment with Maddy to get her consultation on my skin and the skin regimen that I was on from the previous place. And I am SO glad that I did! Not only did she tell me the skin regimen I was on wasn't in the correct order, but that I was using it incorrectly and therefore my skin was really irritated and inflamed. She took her time to review my face and recommend a few products to help with the inflammation and redness and also gave me an enzyme facial treatment. It's only been 2 weeks, but I noticed such a HUGE difference. My face have not only cleared up, but it's not irritated / red anymore.
