Obviously, one of my experiences was with an MT that gave the worst massage of my life. BUT, we as a family have been visiting this spa for a very long time and still wanted to support and try again. Much to our joy, the business has opened up an extension space that offers a side by side couples massage experience and that's what we indulged in. My wife was scheduled with Amanda, and I had..... I believe her name was Rani? not sure of the spelling. Rani was attentive, QUIET, asked how pressure and comfort was, and largely just focused on the Swedish massage, instead of talking the entire time like my last visit here with a different therapist. So, for this time around, I appreciate that Rani gave a pleasant massage. Amanda is a rockstar and my wife loves getting massages with her. In fact, I get jealous because I wish I could have a massage from Amanda as well, which I could, but she can't clone herself for two side by side if we do the couples suite. This is a very cute spa and we love to support local business. I do see us returning in the future for self care treatments. My only concern is that when calling or texting to schedule for massages, I expect........ that whomever is discussed as a name within that conversation, that will be the massage therapist or therapists (couples) that are present day of. The place is spotless. The very excellent Briana, my esthetician, took care of me from there on out. One thing that really stands out for me about this Spa is that the rooms are large, almost like a bedroom. So many Spas have tiny closets with a rickety cot in them, and paper thin walls. Their four rooms are spacious, private and welcoming. The beds are feather soft. Brianna made sure to take care of my every need, as I have a bad back and neck...she was very thoughtful about that. She also seemed very knowledgeable about skin problems. I highly recommend the vitamin C facial which starts at 60 bucks for first timers. The Citrus smell, combined with the Steam and then warm towels and a firm yet comfortable neck and shoulder massage unravels all your worries :-) Although they do have a lot of product in the front, they don't push it on you. It was only when I asked for advice on a cleanser that Briana told me the options. The location in Charming Old Fair Oaks Village is perfect and I like to support local small businesses :-). I will definitely be coming back. The prices for their services and product are quite reasonable compared with others in the area.
