Linda works solo and gives excellent personalized service. I like her Charming Sweet Pedicure, and it's so relaxing - my feet look and feel pretty and soft when I leave. She's personable and skilled, and always checks on my comfort level multiple times during a session. Her setup is extremely clean and hygienic which I also appreciate. Paying is a breeze - if you don't have cash she will take Venmo (my preference) and possibly other forms of e-payment. I've seen Linda's mani and pedi work on others, and it's lovely. I tend to keep it simple with one color, but she can do complex nail techniques and nail art if that's your preference. She uses high quality products and I can see and feel the difference. She stays quite busy (so book well ahead of time!) and will still do her best to fit in last minute appointment requests. She's one of the best kept secrets in this area! read more

A really wonderful experience! This is a one-woman shop, so you'll have to book your appointment beforehand, but luckily everything is very clear and convenient online! Small note that there is a mani/pedi combo package towards the bottom of the list - I tried multiple times to book both a mani and pedi at the same time (and failing) before realizing! Parking downtown depending on the time of day can be a little challenging, but it is towards the end of downtown which makes it a little easier. Charming Nail Shop is located on the second floor, and there are two seats to wait at inside if she's finishing up with previous clients! You can pick a color while you wait - her variety is pretty extensive, and she recommended me to try a polish with "diamond finish" that truly held up flawlessly for almost three weeks, and is still holding up strong as I grew out my nails for the next three months lol. Mani and pedi were both really relaxing experiences - the soak and massage was lovely, and she made great conversation (out of this introvert!) to pass the time. My appointment did take longer than planned but I enjoyed the little spa moment for me. I spoke to Linda, the owner and she was able to fit me into her schedule. When I arrived, it was not the usual store front, neon flashing nail shop. It was located inside a business suite with multiple rooms offering beauty care/services. I actually appreciate that now, knowing I dont have to be next to others. It is very clean and private, not worrying about being unsafe there. She seems really nice, making sure that I enjoyed my experience there. I had a gel manicure done, and the results were amazing. This review is long overdue... I've been going to Linda at Charming Nails consistently for 9 months now for my structure manicure and pedi. Her suite is always very clean and she is extremely professional. I love getting the structure manicure because it's far more durable, long-lasting than the regular gel overlay and even better than dip powder in my opinion. She always takes her time and does an amazing job on my nails. I tend to go back and fourth from a simple look to more trendy nails (ideas I find off Pinterest) which she not only accommodates but nails it every time! I have also had a lash lift & tint done by Linda which not only looked great but was convenient because I didn't have to use mascara. My lashes were super dark and fluffy for well over 8 weeks. Let me start off by saying... Linda is FREAKING AMAZING!!! I usually try and get a mani/pedi done every 4-6 weeks but since the start of pandemic, I have not dared to go out to get any services done. However, I had an upcoming annual family photoshoot and was feeling insecure about my nasty bare nails (it was unkept for 8+ month) so after some research, I decided to give Linda a call. I wanted to make sure the salon I went to was clean and only took one customer at a time.
