The nails were so horribly done, I had to get them redone at another salon. I could go on and on on about the horrible design and botched paint job for my nails-BUT- what is more importsnt is the unsanitary work conditions that resulted in my boyfriend having the most disgusting infected toenail, that he had to go to urgent care to get taken care of. The pedicure resulted in an incredibly infected toenail that was pus filled and had to be drained, and part of the toenail had to be removed. He was also given antibiotics and told he has to come get the infected toenail checked out again in a week. I contacted the nail salon about this and requested a refund and they told me basically to get lost and if I wanted a refund to "call the police". DO NOT GO HERE. Absolutely the worst nail salon I have ever been to, only go here if you want to be treated terribly and leave with a horrible infection and an urgent care bill.

The salon suite area that SpaBlu is located in now has easy parking, and I never feel like I have to fight traffic to get into the place. The waiting room is small, but I've never been waiting for more than 10 minutes. Maryanne is transparent, thorough, and has never made me feel weird about being completely pants-less on a high table for a Brazilian wax. She is incredibly knowledgeable about skincare.
