Used the ATM machine at this Chase at Valley and Atlantic. Little tough getting in n out. Parking is a bit small but it is a nice clean looking bank. Haven't been inside yet to mingle with the tellers concerning transactions. read more

I'm giving the Chase Bank on Valley and Alhambra, a zero rating.The clerks and branch manager do not listen nor comprehend well. Both the female teller and branch manager were rude, dishonest, disrespectful and racist, on July 1, 2024, at approximately 4:30 p.m. The branch manager asked me, while I was trying to cash my check, and I recorded him saying, "what do you need the money for? As a result, I never received the help at the teller window. Robots work better and listen more efficiently. The branch manager, is a short Latino man who can't solve simple teller problems because of his racist, colonizer antics. Chase bank gains funds for their night trading using their account holders funds, while they sleep. But will not allow the fund to be available to their account holders. This practice is extremely unprofessional and is undisclosed. Do not go to this branch! They will only slow you down. Corporate should close this branch down because the entire staff is of no assistance. To make things worse, the branch manager will stamp your check "Endorsement Cancelled JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A." to prevent you from cashing a legitimate check somewhere else. read more

I came through entrance first & stop by chair to pull out my wallet when a customer came in after me( both approached windows). The white lady teller intentionally made customers wait for 30minutes just to change for quarters. This branch is the worst. She is not professional, fire her. The Asian lady apologized for the wait but was in on it too, she was laughing when she fake apologized. This bank has the longest line ever. Usually banks like other Chase branch has a person greeting and asking what you need and will direct you where to go, so no line is forming and less waiting. read more

Very happy to have this Chase Bank near me. I could go to a few locations (El Sereno, Monterey Park, and San Gabriel), but I always prefer this location due to fast and reliable service. The other branches are either too big or too busy, making it fairly difficult to get proper questions and answers timely. Upon walking in, I'm usually greeted by the one of the Branch Managers. Usually by a guy name Tony. He'll ask about the the purpose of my visit and immediately assign someone who can help me. The only thing I dislike about this location, the narrow parking lines. However, since I am in and out of the parking lot quick, this is rarely an issue for me. read more

This Chase branch is right by the laundromat I frequent. They have three of those new automated tellers (an ATM that does a bit more than other ATMs). So far I have succeeded in getting all the right cash by selecting my bills. I want Abraham Lincolns for the laundry, George Washingtons for the "internet bill", Andrew Jacksons for the power and light, Alexander Hamiltons for the gas bill, and none other than a few of those snooty little Ben Franklin pricks for the rent. I worry for those appetizing young human bank tellers though, are they machines too? They appear so much prettier and curvier than machines, and we have so much more to talk about if not for the prying camera eyes and the three inch plexiglass. If they aren't around to inquire about my visit, the bank will become sad and drab, like an empty bank account. Stay warm and vigil up against the washing machine, madames. read more

Went to this bank for the first time a few days ago on Wednesday some time after 11am. There was plenty of parking. This location is small so it only has two teller windows and three windows with self-service machines. Only one teller window was open and there were a few customers in line so an employee asked me and the other customers waiting if we wanted to use the self-service machine so we didn't have to wait so I agreed. The employee showed me how to use it to deposit the checks and cash that I had. The employee was friendly and professional. read more

Waited 20 minutes, decided to leave.... I went in to register as a co-signer on an account. When you go in they have a little lobby with couches. You sign up on the sign up sheet and wait. I did that. No one came up and said anything, no one looked at the sheet. As I waited more people came. By the time I left there were 4 of us sitting there. No one every greeted any of us, or came to look at the sheet. I had to be somewhere else, so after 20 minutes I left. Later I went to the Chase branch on Main Street (410 W Main St, Alhambra). As I walked in someone said "hi" and asked what I needed. She then took me immediately back to a manager where I got my stuff done in about 10 minutes. I'd give this place 0 star if I could. Worst customer service on earth. There're about 2 or 3 bankers here. You can never talk to the supervisor. People here are so slow, unprofessional & irresponsible. Came here for a card payment & had an awful experience. I gave my money to a female banker & she lost it...then she tried to cover her mistake with lies by saying that I didn't hand her my money...like seriously...that's unacceptable. She didn't accept her mistake & say sorry to me. How come they hired her...smh. Plus, the manager came out to see what's happened but she didn't mind to say something to me. I'll never come back to this place. Stay away from this Chase branch if you can or you might get into trouble. read more

This 5 star review is purely for Cindy Poon. She was so helpful and informative. It really felt like she went the extra mile to help me. From making sure I had the right account settings, to the information on potential credit cards that would fit me; she was the best banker I've ever dealt with! Bonus points for not making me feel pushed into signing up for new credit cards but giving me all the information I need, incase I change my mind or have any questions. I really have been contemplating moving all my accounts over to Bank of America, after my experience with Cindy I'm actually thinking of moving everything to Chase instead. read more

The worst customer service. Walked into the bank to ask a question regarding a letter my in-laws received from Chase...we needed to validate the document. I waited a few minutes in the lobby for help, but no one was available. I had stopped a customer service rep and asked for help, she said sit here and someone would be with you shortly. 5, 10, 15 minutes later and no one. Finally the bank Asst VP walked out of the back room and asked if I needed help (obviously the prior customer service lady didn't inform anyone that I was here). They are always so helpful and informative. They always go above and beyond for me for help. They always make sure to give out correct information about my bank accounts by calling customer service for me. They are also always very sweet and friendly to me. Didn't think anyone could have an experience above average at a bank but I just wanna say I actually did!! The teller Lucia was amazingly accommodating. I came in 10 mins before closing (sorry I hate being that customer) but with CNY being a few days away, I needed to get change FAST. I requested new bills (none was really available cuz I'm a lagger and by now they ran out) but she went through the trouble of looking for new-er bills for me instead of giving me old wrinkly ones they had within reach. I didn't even ask her to do this. She offered! Very very awesome of her to do this 5 mins before closing. So thank you for the great customer service Lucia! read more

I went in as usual several weeks ago and doing that machines were piling at lobby, 3 windows with 15 people in front of me waiting for tellers, after waiting 10 minutes my cell ring for personal and I wanted to leave . I rather see more tellers as they had before and I will look into other bank for better service than Chase, Bank of the West was slow but very detail oriented for several years, all because I have been traveling to Washington for work and Chase seem convenient there. I kept the account active but am very disappointed at the parking and time wait in Alhambra. read more
