Had a great experience at the Chase branch in Anaheim Hills. It was my first time going into this location after dealing with a frustrating credit card issue and getting nowhere with customer service over the phone. A gentleman who I believe was the manager invited me into his office, listened to what was going on, and took care of everything for me. I wish I could remember his name so I could give him the recognition he deserves. What really stood out was how personable he was. We ended up having a great conversation about bourbon, which definitely helped take the edge off the frustration I walked in with. He not only resolved my issue, but completely changed the experience around. I walked in frustrated and walked out feeling like I had made a new friend. That kind of customer service is hard to find these days. I'll definitely be coming back to this branch. read more

Chase completely dropped the ball and canceled my wire transfer to my home purchase title company. I was set to close today Friday the 28 and get my keys. They canceled my wire with no information on why. Now I am not getting my keys for my new home and they have no answers for me. I am in the bank completely livid I am not moving into my new home this weekend. After this ordeal I am going to drain my accounts and shut them down. This is extremely UnAmerican and chase is not the place you go for wire transfers. read more

She was very professional and extremely helpful in processing a wire transfer and addressing an online banking issue. She even called me the next day to follow up to make sure I was satisfied. She took the time to assist me in filing the correct paperwork and doing everything necessary to execute the POA. She went above and beyond what I expected in customer service. For being such a huge bank they do a good job overall. I was with the other large bank that starts with Bof# that was charging for every single item. I'm very satisfied and will definitely continue doing business here. Will recommend. read more

The absolute worst bank location I've occasion I've ever been to. 9 times out of 10 the drive-through ATM never works. About half the time all the time all the ATM's outside never work. All I ever get from the employees is sorry we have a technician coming you have a technician coming. I think it's time to get this fixed or do they not really care about their customers read more

Incredibly frustrated with Chase and this entire branch. My first experience, I came in to figure out why the miles/points on my credit card were not able to be used. They looked into it and literally said they could see the points adding up, but they weren't available. I used this card specifically to earn miles and then they told me they didn't know why I couldn't redeem them and there was nothing they could do. I asked if there was someone else that could look into it or if they could research further and give me a call as I had already spoken to multiple people on the phone about this. I got told a flat out no. No, we won't give you acceptable customer service. No, we won't give you the benefits you're paying for. No, you're not valuable to us. So I closed my account. Unfortunately, my new car loan has been purchased by these clowns. We waited for almost an hour and 20 minutes before closing, a manager finally comes out to see what we need. We tell her the simple issue we needed taken care of and she asks an associate to take care of us. Apparently he has an appointment with the guy that just walked in the door. The manager wasn't willing to help even after she said that will take no time at all and they had no other solutions for us to be taken care of. It astonishes me that there was only one person aside from the tellers to assist customers after work on a weekday. Then on top of that, to deal with lackluster customer service and the awkward moment where they're not willing to take any actionable steps so we're both stuck standing there wondering what to do. I can't believe a bank would encourage such uncomfortable situations. I can say with this happening twice, it wasn't one individual or a specific situation. Simply put, if you want below average banking and to feel awkwardly undervalued and waste your time, take a trip here. You're in for a wild ride. read more

When looking at a business bank, after 3 and a half years with Chase and millions of dollars in an out- please do yourself a favor and put your money elsewhere. Their employees have no sense of customer service and quite honesty "don't care if you take your business elsewhere". I cannot even believe an employee said that. Karla should at minimum be shown how customer service is supposed to work; absolutely unacceptable service. Both of my business accounts will be closed within 30 days because of Karla, so look at your customer service a bit closer next time when making a hire. Fail. read more

5 mins late to an appointment to open an account. Was told that I couldn't be helped till later in the day because there was another appointment in half hour. Bank was empty and other rep couldn't help me either because she had appts she was waiting for. Again-there was no one in the bank except the employees and myself. When I asked for the manager, there was none available. This is the first bank I've dealt with that does not want your money. The customer service at this Chase Bank is nonexistent under the newer manager Vincent.After banking at this branch for years, and getting a medallion stamp from the previous manager by appointment with no issues or problems ever, I now must deal with Vincent, who for the last 3 times was either a no show or too busy, after I had made an appointment. Today was the 4th and last time, after I waited for almost a half hour, I was told he was on a call and would be busy for awhile, I was assured he would call me when he got off the phone. Of course no call. Also, had to wait in line for a teller to let them know I was there, as no one else came out of their offices even though none were with clients. Very disappointing. read more

i got money in the bank, shorty what you drink? what you know about that? it looks like they newly renovated this place... they have plexiglass in front of all the tellers... wtf, are you for real?! this ain't Compton or something... the only crime that happens in anaheim hills are people speeding and the occasional loitering... they have comfortable sofas for people to sit on while waiting for the bankers. and they have lemonade as well!!! how sweet. read more

Hopefully no one else will experience what I just did while utilizing the drive thru ATM at this location the ATM decides it will have a technical problem while my Federal State refund is conveniently sitting in the check/cash deposit slot. I sensed a small panic arising inside since there was a car behind me next in line to use the ATM drive-thru not sure what to do I parked and walked into the branch in the hopes that somebody would be able to assist me or at least to tell me everything's going to be fine your money is secure with us but what I got instead was a young girl and her nonchalant attitude. No empathy nor concern not even her facial expression gave into a smile when I scurried to her window. She instead pointed at the representatives who were all behind me helping other customers and stated you can sit down and wait for one of them to help you or you can call the number on the receipt yourself when I asked her how long that would take she shruged I don't know and points at one of the representatives and said he should be done soon. I asked if a manager was available her reply was she's at lunch. Like really you're telling me to have a seat while my check is sitting outside at your branch's ATM potentially being robbed, this isn't just any check this is my Federal Tax Return, helloo it has my written account number, my address, my signature and did I mention my TAX payers ID number, (not your money or your personal information so you don't care) so yep that small panic became anger all because of one young girl who failed her customer service. Simple little words put together to form a sentence like, Let me see what I can do, Let me see who I can call, I'll check on that for you, all words we learned in elementary, she used NONE! Now I'm pissed and I'm feeling that my money in Chase Branch employee hands is not being valued nor the safety of my personal information being guarded. That does not sit well with me. Love the drive up factor when in a rush. It's a bank don't really every go inside.

I occasionally have to drop off checks at this bank, but don't really spend a lot of time here. The thing that made me want to write a review was their customer service. This guy was standing at their business line and one of the tellers noticed and told him that the line was closed. However, in that time two other people walked in, so he went to the back of the line. The next teller available specifically called out to him, which I thought was really cool that they noticed he should have been helped next and made that effort to help him. read more

I went in to make a deposit and order checks and once I was helped by a teller she passed me on to another teller who didn't seem to want to help me. They want me to sit with a banker which I never do cause they just harass you about where all your money is at. Total time 20 min.next time I will just call in. read more
