Extremely rude! I needed to get joined to my brothers account and was already pre authorized. They straight out said no time. After a moment of silence I asked when a good time is so the teller made me an appointment. The banker just finished with a client and they left and no one else was in the lobby. I decided to try my luck and I went to another chase in chino and the banker helped me right away. It literally took 5 minutes all I had to do was e sign some papers. read more

If you want your freedom stripped, time wasted, and to be treated like a criminal, this is the bank for you. Nearly 3 years ago I was traveling through Pennsylvania and tried to get cash. They flagged it as fraud and shut off my card. The card is trapped in limbo and neither the branch or the corporate office can fix it and they refuse to send me a new one. I have a joint account with my wife but I can't even deposit money into it because I don't have a valid card. Their security against fraud is for their benefit and your inconvenience. They shut off your card and then send you an email days later asking if you attempted to use the card. In my case I was in Pennsylvania on the toll road and couldn't get cash so had to PayPal someone $240 to get $200 cash for tolls. What can I say? Never had a pleasant experience in this bank and every time I come in they look at me like I'm attempting to do something illegal. read more

I just HAD to yelp this.. Chris is great; he's patient, helpful, informative, thorough and he's quick too. You can tell he's experienced and he goes thru everything with you. Also, if you ever have questions you can just email him and he will respond fairly quickly! Thats always a plus. There aren't a lot of bankers that are memorable to me, unless they were jerks but Chris stood out. He just seems like he genuinely wants to help you. I live close by and come to this location often for my rent check. The people here are fairly nice and always helpful. About 3 months ago, my wallet was stolen so I don't have a form of I.D. I've come to this location since I moved in May 2022. I explained my situation and I had a picture scan of my ID. Chase was so understanding that they still allowed me to withdrawal my cashiers check without my ID starting since my wallet was lost. WELL TODAY WAS NOT THE SAME. Today I went in like any other day, I still did not have an ID because there was problems with the delivery, but I went in anyway because they've never given me any problems. Lana Hernandez was there today, a women whom I've never seen. That's not to say she had never worked there before, but my husband and I had never seen her. She refused to work with us. When I explained to her that we came to this location often she started to say she didn't recognize us and proceeded to ask her employees if they had ever seen us which they said no of course because there are many employees who have gone and came INCLUDING HER since we had never seen her before. Again my husband and I have used this location since May 2022. My point is, don't be rude. Don't act like you've been working at this location for a long time because you have not. If management changed and employees are different, say that. Don't accuse your loyal customers of being liars. Lana Hernandez, please learn to work with your loyal customers. My favorite Chase bank. There is one drive-thru ATM outside for your convenience. The bankers here including one of their managers (Diane/Diana) are some of the best people I've ever had to deal with. They are super friendly and genuinely endearing. I've never had a bad experience here and I always leave with a smile on my face. Some people smile to your face and sometimes you can tell they're just "doing their job", but the people who work at this branch seems genuinely happy to be there to assist their clients with whatever their needs are. Like all banks, there will be lines and long waits depending on what day and time you go. I don't get how some can complain about the long waits when they go during high peak hours. In fact, ANY bank you go to during the peak of business hours will have long waits. If you're going to be bitter, please BE SENSIBLE AND RATIONAL. read more

I had such a amazing experience with a banker by the name of Roxy. when i needed to change my new card into another one with out even coming into the bank, she was so cool i just had surgery on my leg and it's so hard to walk and she made it so easy to still keep my card until the new one comes. We've had our accounts at Chase for a long time (since they were Washington Mutual). Great customer service for the most part. Recently went to 2 different locations looking for the notary and in one case, they were BOTH out of the office that day. ??? It's awesome that they provide the service for free, but maybe better job of scheduling? Be sure and call ahead (hopefully they pick up the phone - they did not in my case) to see if the notary is in. Otherwise, we think Chase is great! We like all of the new ATM's inside and check deposits from our phone to make things more convenient. read more

The service here is very good. Friendly people with the knowledge to provide a good banking service is what this branch is all about. Banking has become so impersonal that when I encounter polite and courteous bankers it notes mentioning. Compared to Wells Fargo and Bank of America, Chase is far superior in every way. I would say they are the best bank for any small business. They have a lot of services for small business that the other banks fail to deliver. So with Chase offering more to customers than other banks, and this branch being staffed by some great people, you may want to consider a fresh change and experience banking with them! read more

This place has the worst customer service! The female manager(wish I got her name) there is incompetent. All I asked for was a withdrawal and she could not make a one time exception for a withdraw over my withdraw limit so i can but a new car. She gave excuses about how the account has limits. Idgaf you're a manager make it work! So I went to the branch off of Ontario and a banker who was extremely nice took care of me and made it work! Made one phone call and it was take care of immediately! He got me MY money out of my own account and I was able to buy my car. Smh ridiculous I had to drive across town to a different branch just to get something done smh. Worst customer service ever at the Eastvale chase. read more
