I have a auto loan with them. My rate is much lower than the others at the time of getting quotes. Have had zero issues with them. Been overall an easy place to work with. Second part is the people behind this credit union. I used to think the days of local business reaching out into the community was a thing of the past and long gone. Richard though proved that so wrong. He heard our local 11s volleyball club PSVBA, were looking for some support in getting our kiddos to Nationals (which is another story all together, first year these girls have all played together. Such an accomplishment already) anyway... Richard stepped up the branch Manager at this location also stepped up. They not only offered up a great location for a car wash fundraiser, Richard involved other local business like Walmart which donated a ton of supplies. She called me three times today, first asking for my information over the phone, which was already a red flag. After checking online, she said everything was fine. This is extremely rude, especially to a loyal customer--I've been with Chase for over 10 years. She doesn't respect people's time and seems to assume everyone is just sitting around doing nothing. I had tried several times to make a appointment online. The website had errors. Tried to contact the ranch via telephone but no answer and no ability to leave message requesting a return all. Finally decided to hop into the car and drive to the branch. Big mistake! There was one teller, and one staff person seated at a 'business' window. I inquired about notary services and was told that the notary was busy. I inquired as to how long the wait might be and was told they had no idea. It was suggested to make an appointment online. I informed them that I had already attempted to do that both both onine and by phone. I decided to wait this out and see where it went. As I waited I placed a call to BECU to inquire about their services. After about 10 minutes, a staff person approached me and said two bankers were notaries and both were unavailable. This was a different message than what the lobby lizard had stated. Whe I stated the matter of my document, it was determined that they couldn't sign a real estate document. Very disappointing and time to move my accounts. By the way,the licensing agency around the corner was amazing!
