He let the guys waiting in the lobby know he will be right with them. INSIDE: Looks like this location has been here for a while. Water in the lobby is nice and dum dum lollipops against a wall.

I was able to sit down with a service representative (shoutout to Tyler) who answered all my questions and helped me open the accounts I needed. There really aren't words to describe the difference in the level of service you get between a local credit union and at one of the massive banks. Tyler was very friendly and easy to talk to, and I was able to get me all the information I asked for and more. I had some issues with an account a few days later, which I tried to resolve on my own. I spent about 45 minutes calling several different MHVFCU help numbers before I just gave up and emailed the rep I worked with at this branch. I had emailed after-hours but by the time I checked my emails the next morning, I'd already received a reply and they'd sorted my issue out for me. I feel confident that I can go into this branch at any time, and would be able to get any questions and concerns addressed right away. 5/5 for service and timeliness.
