Worst branch I've ever encountered. ATMs are often down and the drive thru sometimes is closed. Very inconvenient.

Ok chase needs to let people know when their drive thru ATM is out of service. Its not like i can just make a U turn and stay in the parking lot. Yelp asked what could improve?, just that let people know when the ATM is out of service. It's already inconvenient to come to the bank. I just needed cash. I don't like coming to banks I could do most of my needs on mobile app, just my luck i needed cash and the ATM is not working and there was no sign! read more

Gives customers such a hard time. I always make a deposit every time I get my paycheck and it usually goes really smoothly. There would be the same female teller with red curly hair and glasses. She was super helpful, recognized me since I come so often, and my visit was never longer than 5 minutes. Unfortunately, I learned that she quit a while ago. Lately, however, I'll get a ridiculous bank teller that will ask for my ID because I "don't look" my age. Are you serious? Not having my ID with me, they will cancel the bank deposit and only let me deposit if I show them my ID. This is such a hassle considering I'm DEPOSITING. If I was making a withdrawal, then I could see why they'd ask for that. Ridiculous. Then the teller would say "You're welcome to deposit via the bank ATM". What's the difference from me depositing into the ATM and you? You're literally witnessing with your own eyes me putting that money into the account. Geez. If these tellers keep acting like this, it's only a matter of time before ATMs takes all their jobs. Awful. Tellers are clearly just bored. read more

1. Needed a Notary -- "3 week wait." Seriously? And yes, we checked other local branches - still 3 week wait. 2. Needed to cash $1000 savings bond: "Sorry, you'll have to snail mail that to the Treasury we don't do that here." 3. The Customer service at this location is terrible. From the manager and down, I have run into numerous problems. They never answer the phone, so you have to walk in for service. They always give customers a hard time and many leave the building unsatisfied. read more

Chase is a joke! I sent a wire transfer early Monday morning. It never showed up in my other account. Apparently they didn't bother to send it until 5 o'clock this morning and the bank manager could absolutely care less. One more reason why Chase does not have my major accounts. read more

My debit card got hacked by Applebee's restaurant and it was canceled and was told a new one would be on the way. It's now three or four days over the day. It should've arrived and still no debit card. I came to this branch and met with Sulma. Without any more drama, I just want to say I walked out with a big smile on my face, and she represents this branch in outstanding fashion. Time to give her a big raise.!! PS. Went to Chase to open a checking account since both my banks are out of state and I wanted a local one since I now reside here. Was asked if I opened one online and told her no, I didn't want to chance putting personal information online, she said I needed an appointment?? I went to my car and opened one online against my original plan. Strike one. I received a check in the mail from the Treasury Department-U.S Government agency printed right on the check and decided to use the online deposit with mobile banking. A few days later, I get an email saying they couldn't verify the check and needed more information to release the funds into my account. I let a week go by and try logging onto my account and it shows no account found! Once again, I go into the branch and was told the account was closed because Chase was unable to verify the check and there was nothing they could do there at the branch and that I'd have to call a number to get this resolved. Strike two. I told her I was retired military and had already changed my direct deposit and that it was scheduled to come to this account! It was already too late to change it for this month as the funds were already scheduled! So now I have to wait a whole month to get paid because my bill collectors are going to postpone the due dates! Not. Strike three. When I spoke to the person on the phone, he said I could go into a branch and I stopped him right there and let him know they're the one's who told me I needed to call them! He said I would need to open a whole new account and I said, "NO THANKS!!! End of call and rant. read more

The lady that helped me with red hair has quite the attitude, busy chatting with this gentleman and then I finally am next and she's of no assistance. I deposited $2500 and the atm couldn't deposit it and said error. I've been speaking to the claims department but no resolution. I am beyond frustrated and will be changing banks. Do not go to this location! read more

Half the time, the outside drive-through won't take checks. My last trip, decided to go in to use the inside ATM because it was raining. I had 8 checks to deposit. It spit them all out. Re-entered & it kept 2. Put six in and it spit out 3. Kept trying with the 3 checks (They were written on Chase Bank) & it wouldn't take them.) Went inside and teller was very nice and completed the deposit for the 3 checks. I wish they had not done-away with outside drive-up teller. Why do they keep upping charges with less one-on-one service. Oh, I know why, they make more money. read more

Don't try to refinance your current mortgage with Chase. After 90 days of jumping through hoops and finally getting down to closing the loan, they denied it...Even after sending me a congratulatory letter with the terms of the loan in writing. Said the loan was declined because of litigation within my housing development. Oh, you didn't know that within the last 90 days? They had a letter from the attorney from day one. Very sketchy. Won't refi with them again. Plan to move my loan elsewhere at some point read more

Love the Bank, however trying to get a manager to phone me back is near impossible! I've left 2 messages now in regards to checks to order. Seems Chase is outsourcing the orders now and that company is very high just to order a few checks! Not very good customer service on this one Chase! Although I'm mostly please with my local Bank I was sad to see the drive up I'd no longer servicing customers as well! read more

I switched to Chase from bank of America about a year ago and I've been very happy. Devin came into my work and did all the paperwork for me and made it so easy. He is also great cause if I ever need anything I can call him directly and he takes care of it personally. So if you need help with banking he's the one to talk to. read more

I love that this bank opened so close to me! They've helped us several times when inquiring about credit and loans. Only had one person with an attitude a little while back but haven't seen her since. Everyone seems very nice and genuinely want to help you. I think parking is relatively scarce here but I also don't mind walking a little bit. read more
