This is my second time in two weeks coming out to this location. First on 4/17/2026 I needed to order temporary checks. I was greeted immediately by Zachary when I approached the line. He was so helpful and went the extra mile to explain to me the products attached to one of my Chase accounts. My second visit took place today and I waited for him particularly! I've been banking with Chase for years. Last week, there was a fraud on my account. The bank advised me to close the account and open a new one, which I did. Problem solved, right? Nope! I have had NOTHING but problems with Chase ever since then. My original account is not closed, only frozen. Yet transactions from the old account (with the fraud) were coming through on the new account. WHAT?? When I closed the original account, I asked them to close the debit card as well, which they did not do. I have spent HOURS on the phone with Chase trying to get this all figured out. I was transferred from person to person and no one could tell me anything. Finally, they told me that my NEW account, the one I opened a week ago, is ALSO being closed. They refused to tell me why or what was going on. I again went into the branch and spent hours trying to figure this out. Still, no one could tell me anything other than my new account is being closed. I now have zero bank accounts and no one can tell me why. I am a single-mom, and I am in the middle of moving, so this could not be happening at a worse time. Chase does not care about their customers AT ALL. I will NEVER bank with Chase ever again. read more

Fix your atm machines. This is the third time it didn't work, and we were not alone. Specifically we were at the branch at 1800 Douglas in Roseville. There were two other customers that couldn't get them to work either. And when I say them, I mean the ones on either side of the building. Not very useful to a customer if we can't take our money out. read more

Long line but went by pretty quickly. They may have been changing staff for lunch but they should really have more than 2 tellers on.

This review is specifically for the tellers: Elena and Joanne have been helping me out for the past couple years. It has been a pleasure getting to know these ladies. They are extremely professional, quick, and friendly. I trust them with all my banking needs! Chase, give them a raise!! Lol I have also been helped by the other tellers here before, and everyone has also been friendly and professional. I have been to other Chase Banks before in the Roseville area, but haven't had positive experiences like I do at this branch (also shoutout to Chase on Woodcreek). Worst Chase I have ever been to. I went there on my lunch break. 15 people in line and two tellers. Multiple people sitting around doing nothing. This is probably the worst branch in the entire chase system. After closing the numerous locations they have a lot of business here but normally only one or two tellers. Terrible service. Meanwhile they have numerous bankers in cubicles talking on personal phone calls. read more

James Apgar does it again! From the first time meeting James he has always gone above and beyond to ensure all my questions are answered and needs addressed. You can tell this is truly his passion and really will go the extra mile for you. I actually have followed him over to this bank just because I know he treats anything I need done with excellent attention to detail, and makes sure all of my action items are treated and handled with care. I have referred several of my friends and family members to chase bank and most drive out of their way just to meet with James because they know with him it will be done right the first time. He is very welcoming and always greets with a warm smile. He is personable, extroverted and has always made any transactions seamless. 6 years ago I left Wells Fargo and signed with chase because of the excellent experience James provided. I went in to this Bank to handle my banking business as this month my direct deposit fell on Saturday March 30, 2019. I went to the teller window where this apparent young woman met me. I had asked her to call me Mr. ****. She looked at me and fled the tellers window and had placed all the money I had given her in the bank drawer, NOT in my account. Later in April I talked with the Bank manager Eric over the phone about this. He related to me he would not reprimand her at all. This is despicable conduct singling me out as different set class citizen as everyone else. In other words I was dis-respected! So if you want to receive treatment such as this, then this is the place. Furthermore, I had a really difficult time with the next teller who helped me, getting my money back out of the Bank drawer and back into my account. I have been a bank customer of this branch for over two years now. Well, to say the least I am through with this branch. UPDATE:URGENT. Now, Chase writes me a letter, NOT signed by any human being, stating they will be closing my bank account and with NO reason. Wow! What utterly harassment! Jerk never even asked why I want to close my account. Stood in customer line to cash out my account then hands it to me in an envelope without counting it back. I ordered a new ATM card after updating my new address....and they mailed the new card to the old address.....NICE WORK! So Chase rushed me a new card. Well who knows where the "rushed ATM card" went because I never received it! On my third attempt of getting a new ATM card I spoke with customer service who advised me to go directly to the branch and they would rush my 3rd ATM card to the BRANCH. Once at the branch they stated, "we no longer send ATM cards to the branch. But I'll try and get permission from the branch manager since this is the third attempt." Hmmm....you think the branch manager would override their lame rule so their customer can finally receive her 3rd request for an ATM....NOPE!!! So people, let's hope this fella at the BRANCH gets it right! I would really like to have access to my funds! read more

My Shocking experience with Chase Bank I decided to try out banking with Chase in March 2010. Shortly after I've opened an account, I was not happy with the bad service of that agent who served me. That bad experience made me not want to deal with him and avoid visiting the bank. This year I met another of your staff at the same branch while inquiring about business account. She said she could handle both my accounts if I decided to open one. So I gladly did. Last week, I was trying to log on to my Chase account but failed again like many times before. I was again frustrated and wanted to call my local branch to get some information. I could not find Chase business card. So I went on-line and got the tel. no. I called and met with a hostile tone of voice telling me there is no such person and I got the wrong number. When I further inquire, he told me bluntly that I got the wrong branch. I finally got the right no. and called my local branch. I left my name and tel. no. as the person I wished to speak to was serving someone at that point. When I did not hear from her, I called again on the same day. I was told she went out for lunch and that she would certainly passed my message. She even repeated the number I left. It's been the 3rd business day now , I still did not hear from her. I called the same number again, the receptionist told me she is not there today and asked if I needed help from her supervisor. I said o.k. When the call was passed to the supervisor, I mentioned the name of my banker that I was initially wanting to speak to. He told me bluntly there is no such person. I said "well, that is strange, your staff just told me she is not here today. He repeated bluntly "there is no such person in this branch, you tot the wrong branch" "But I called this number twice and left a message for her to call me back. Nobody told me that there is no such person. It's exactly the same no. (I re-dialed it from my cell). He was not interested to listen to me and just wanted is to get on with business. But I wanted an explanation. I then asked him what Chase branch is that. He said Roseville. I said "Rosaville not Rosemead." He said "No". "But that's strange, I called this number twice, nobody told me there is no such person and they even took my messages. And the lady who put me to you this morning said the person I wanted is not there today, that is why she put s me to you. Again he is not interested in listening and just wanted to get on with business. At that point, I was upset. I said to him "Obviously you are not interested to hear my story nor care to just say a word of sorry. This is not the first time I've experienced unprofessional attitude from Chase." He was silent and then said "I don't want to talk to you! This is outrageously low standard that Chase has which is so unbelievable. It is shockingly unprofessional. I called back later and verified that it is the right branch but there is no such person. ???? read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. I came into the bank today to deposit cash for my kids that live in another state. I was told they will not take my cash and needs to be a personal check or cashiers check so they can track what I do or the person who get the money. I am paperless and almost everything I do is online. I paid a wire fee from my bank so my kids could have cash today. I will also not give any business to Chase I am in the Retail business and will refer all my customers to a bank who will care about their customers. read more

Paul C. Helped us today and it was the best customer service I've received in a while. My boyfriend and I have a joint account and two separate accounts with chase. Out of nowhere we got a charge for $242 taken directly out of our joint account. After hours agonizing over the phone with their collections department we had to come into a branch. The collections department couldn't send me any paperwork explaining the charge, one previous account held by my boyfriend was closed with a 0 balance, so they couldn't tell me what the charge was, or where it was coming from. Paul took 1.5 hours out of his day on the phone with the same people to figure out where this charge came from as all statements have shown no negative amounts from us ANYWHERE. I have never seen someone who works at a bank, question their own company for the sake of the customer. He spoke with the supervisor and went over statements line by line to get to the bottom of it. We figured out that it was from an old fraud claim that was a misread check, from 2014. It was a real charge but it took 5 people over the course of 1.5 hours to find that information, how exhausting. In the end, Paul got us half the fee back into our account because the charge came without any warning to us. We opened 3 separate accounts over the course of 2 years with no mention of this existing balance at all. I'm still angry with the bank, but Paul did everything he could to get down to the bottom of it. If you have some problems with your account, talk to Paul, he actually cares. read more
