Terrible chase they treated me like I was a criminal while trying to withdrawal from MY OWN account I was appalled and the area is pretty shady I felt unsafe the entire time the security and banker watched me leave and was peaking out the door at me and my son as we drove off like we just robbed the place I've been a customer at chase for over 20 years never have I been to a bank like this they told me they can't assist me because they don't have machine to put my card chip in like what bank doesn't have a pod system ? This bank has the tendencies to get so packed that I have the hubby get up and do banking if we're up and ready before 6am. Mind you we only come early to beat crowds during the pandemic. Parking: there's plenty although there are 3 businesses that share the lot No matter where we go certain areas are to be alarmed about and this is most definitely that area. read more

I came here yesterday and as well today because they do not answer the phone at all. I waited over an hour to speak to a banker. That's such a shame with a store that has a lot of potential. The employees don't seem to care about what they are doing or even care about the customers that want to do business with the bank. They lack employees and customer service. I hope they hire more workers or at least re-train them to show they care. I hope the manager reads my message and understands that people love when others care about their concerns and show happiness. The reason I decided to give it a 3 star and not just one star; it's because of the fact that the banker that help me out was very polite and super nice. This chase has good service but the atm situation when the bank is close is ridiculous. Long lines and only two atms you can access. Usually one is down to top it off. The parking sucks as well the damn parking lines are mini which is annoying. read more

I was there yesterday waited a hour to be help by a banker I got Sandra and she was extremely rude she didn't even try to help me. I have never had such a rude banker like her in my whole life. Worst customer service. I just left this bank just to get better service somewhere else. I arrived and spoke with a man he had black hair black beard. I asked simply if he can cash my check to see if possible to get the whole balance. He looked at me up and down and said no go the machine. Didn't even bother to look at the check and said "you only get $200, go to the machine".. really rude. He didn't even say it nicely. Bad delivery. I took my check came to Huntington Park and VERY NICE lady BIG DIFFERENCE. Looked at my check and explained it was a Chase check, so I get the balance right away. TRUST ME BIG DIFFERENCE in customer service. He was so uptight, and makes me want to cancel my account just so I don't deal with people like him. read more

Horrible customer service. Always only 1 teller and there could be 3-4 people waiting and it takes forever to get you transactions done. I dread coming here when I have to stop at this chase bank. Since I don't bank with them I have to get off and it takes me 45 minutes or more everything to just make a deposit. read more
