This bank has the tendencies to get so packed that I have the hubby get up and do banking if we're up and ready before 6am. Mind you we only come early to beat crowds during the pandemic. Parking: there's plenty although there are 3 businesses that share the lot No matter where we go certain areas are to be alarmed about and this is most definitely that area. read more

I came here yesterday and as well today because they do not answer the phone at all. I waited over an hour to speak to a banker. That's such a shame with a store that has a lot of potential. The employees don't seem to care about what they are doing or even care about the customers that want to do business with the bank. They lack employees and customer service. I hope they hire more workers or at least re-train them to show they care. I hope the manager reads my message and understands that people love when others care about their concerns and show happiness. Worst customer service. I just left this bank just to get better service somewhere else. I arrived and spoke with a man he had black hair black beard. I asked simply if he can cash my check to see if possible to get the whole balance. He looked at me up and down and said no go the machine. Didn't even bother to look at the check and said "you only get $200, go to the machine".. really rude. He didn't even say it nicely. Bad delivery. I took my check came to Huntington Park and VERY NICE lady BIG DIFFERENCE. Looked at my check and explained it was a Chase check, so I get the balance right away.
