I was not rude to her at all her attitude was dry from the start just laid out all the money never said any total just slid it to me with the receipt and this all started because I gave her my phone number instead of giving the transaction number or maybe it started when I poorly explained I was there to pick up money through western union. Free Money orders!!! Nothing can deter me from that! Even if this place was a dump (which it wasn't, lol)! PROS: When you walk in it's nice and clean. Looks like it's kind of new or remodeled, not sure. All staff members were colored coordinated and it looked to be about 7-10 staff members there in red uniform style shirts w/ company logo. They have flat screen tv's while you wait to be called, which was nice. CONS: I only gave 4 stars instead of 5 because the employees that weren't helping customers were visibly just lollygagging around, laughing hysterically about something that was going on back there where they were and to top it off another lady was visibly doing her makeup or touching it up. These things should have been done out of customer sight and were very unprofessional from my standpoint. Nevertheless, I got what I came in for. There wasn't a line. This place isn't ever fully staffed when they should be. The busiest time of the month is when we have to get the rent in. So the last week of the month and the first 2 weeks of the beginning of the month should be fully staffed. This never fails, only a couple of people helping at the window and a line that's ready to go out the door. The attendants are normally rude. I've only had one nice and professional man help me from the many times I've been here. I only come back every month because money orders are free. Who manages this facility? Honestly, who's planning the schedule? Are these ppl need better training for this establishment. read more

Customer service at its worst three employees and instead of helping me right away they are just laughing and talking among themselves. Lol they charged me 10 dollars for 40-50 empty coin rolls make sure u do the 99 before u move ur piggy bank or stop by ur local bank they do not even have a SKU for this type of thing but they'll make one up to charge u $10 dollars for something that is free at ur local bank lol Anija was kind enough to just charge me 10 but i think its her manager or co worker who insisted she should charge me approximately 5 cents a piece. read more
