My wife has all her documents in order and the excuse is that in one of my payments it says in the address "home" and for that reason we could not open it! The wait is :30 to use the atm and the other line to speak to a live person or clerk is down Tweedy Boulevard... good luck with the wait. I recommend you pay the minimal convenience fee elsewhere, the bank next door or 7-11 and continue with your day unless you like waiting :30 minutes to take out your own money. It's really funny at this location because if you sit in your car for a few minutes and watch everyone pull up and leave, they look around like someone is around the corner to car jack them or something. Unless it's the fact that I'm the only Asian person in the general area or everyone is a paranoid schizo. You do have to go towards the front door which is locked after hours but ATMs are inside and you don't have to use your ATM card to access these first double doors. Which is rather odd since some places in the "hood" require this. I wasn't really worried because if someone did want to take my stuff, there isn't any money in my account after I take out the last $20, crappy car you have to start a certain way and a cell phone that doesn't really make it worth while since it's not that smart. Best day and time to go is Saturday right around the time that they're going to close. Most people have given up on the idea of getting there before it closes. I told him I needed to see a teller bc I did not have my debit card. He brilliantly told me I can use my digital wallet to induce the ATM and take out cash. WOWEE that's was a game changer! Her customer service is very poor it makes you want to stop her from "helping you out" and go with someone else instead. As I always say, if you don't like your job, go somewhere else. I understand people can get annoying but that doesn't mean you have to treat everyone like they're stupid. First study the person and treat them how they're treating you... or better yet, you're working at a bank so act professional and be kind. This is probably the worse bank ever!!!! Stay away. I went on a Saturday about a fraud claim. I was told to take proof and someone at the branch would fax it to the fraud department. Upon taking my time to print out all the evidence Michael banker still this location was very rude and almost laughed in my face. Canceling and taking my money elsewhere. I had an appointment at 9 am to speak to a banker. Due to an internal emergency, I had to reschedule my appointment to 11 am, and that's totally understandable. Now I'm here and the banker that was going to help me took his lunch, knowing I was rescheduled. Who ever the banker was, what a lack of work ethics honestly. On top of that, I still had to wait 10 minutes to be helped out. One of the bankers was nice enough to let me know that she will be assisting me, as soon as she finishes with her client. I have such a general distaste for banks lately. The economy is booming (matter of opinion) and yet the banks are hurting consumers more and more by cutting back. Oh, but still attacking us for overdraft fees at record high levels. With that said, I hate this branch. Every time I come in, it's busy. Doesn't matter if it's day or night. Tuesday or Friday. It's always packed full of people, and 2 or 3 tellers helping out the line. I miss the good days when the branch with the 15 windows had 10 tellers working. Now, it's like a clearinghouse for steer waiting to be branded. I digress now. The teller staff are friendly and quick with my simple nonsense transaction. I give them an extra star there. Downside, the parking is terrible. Cannot park at all on Tweedy ever, and the front and back parking lot are small and oddly one-directional. Also, there is constantly a man outside trying to sell is wares that the business never seems to address. In other cities, they might move him to the sidewalk or away. The rep was at the door allowing people to go in and about 20 people still left in line including myself he just closed the door without interacting or notifying anyone that they were closing. very poor customer service, I was there to make a business deposit. My account has had issues and so i call the main number to speak to a department. They tell me to get into contact with any branch in order to work out my issue . I go and they tell me that specific branch doesnt do these things and so i have to go to another main branch. I try calling ahead of time to avoid going into another branch and then being told they cant help and literally NONE of the branches answer their dam phones. Ive called over 5-6 branches and none answer. horrible customer service if you want to open a bank account look elsewhere i myself am thinking of switching. read more

I can not believe I received no notice whatsoever that CHASE froze my card. They worried , scared and caused unnecessary stress that was preventable. Why froze? So I could come in and pick up a card with a chip !!!!! So here I am going on to an hour waiting now (sick as a dog btw) but they don't care. This will not be the only complaint I will be writing. Nothing against Chase Bank but this branch is awful. Rude tellers don't even look at you when you are right in front of them. And I said something like are you listening for my request and he said yes pointing to his ear and kept doing something else with the stapler that it wasn't for me. Then he just laughed. I like this bank. Staff is friendly, has plenty of parking, and they keep the place clean.

As for the bank itself, its ok, service when i have gone is average most times, other times lines are really long. On a side note. I hate the fact that everytime i go to this bank, people are always outside trying to sell me something . It makes me feel uncomfortable and at times i have just left this place before even parking because ive seen people try to sell stuff...(just cause i come to the bank doesn't mean i have spare change to give out.) My car payment was due April 24 and I didn't have the money. I went to Chase and asked for a cash advance from my Chase Slate credit card. I told the teller to use the cash advance to pay the car payment on my Subaru (also a Chase account.) Two days later I got my tax refund and wanted to pay back the money. Went to Chase online and discovered my car payment had not been paid. The teller left the money in the Chase Slate credit card account. Subaru said my car payment was overdue. I drove back to Chase at 4240 Tweedy Blvd. I complained to "my personal banker". I feel they should refund me the $16.50 cash advance fee, since they did not advance the money. My personal banker talked to several people. He agreed it was teller error. But he could not refund me the $16.50 cash advance fee. I have had other problems with the employees of Chase, but this one is the "winner". read more

I came into the bank with urgent financial transactions that need to be addressed ASAP, needing their help and assistance. They gave me someone completely unfamiliar with the necessary process to help me. Who said he would expedite my process of liquidating an account, and he would call me after a certain length of time to let me know when it was completed. I waited that time for his call, no call, and inquired about if it completed, and it could not be found, because it was not begun. The person who "knew what to do" began "helping me", but would not do what was necessary to received the funds requested. Of course I got upset and asked when I could receive these urgently needed funds. He said he did not know, but he would update me the next day, he did not, I spoke to vice president, who assured me he would take care of it and call me, he did not do either!. I did FORTUNATELY find person familiar with my account at another part of the corporation, who took care of everything, in the 30 minutes needed to do my transaction. And this was 30 days after I was told it was being taken care of by this branch. All I received from them was empty promises, with arrogant attitudes. Plus my father closed an account with them, with a balance remaining, they did not fund him, and they kept charging a service charge for the hundreds of dollars left in it. I was told that would be rectified and it still has not. But I had an easy time parking. read more

I came in to get a replacement card and I have waited already for 30 minutes, I am looking at one of the agents assisting customers and they are so busy talking about each other's personal life. When I asked why was it taking so long no one can say anything but they are at lunch or extremely busy yet I see agents quick to go to lunch on time and leave the customers hanging.
