This was a deposit not a withdraw ! So when I asked to see the manager so as to make the deposit , I was told to leave my phone number and would be contacted for an appointment to come in to speak with a manager. I wanted to make a deposit that day not in a week , this is the treatment I get after 75 years of being a customer. After I asked for the tellers name , she slide the " window closed " sign up , and walked away . If you want a smooth and friendly banking experience , this is not the bank to count on . If you want a crappy and frustrating bank experience , and a ruined day come here.
