I've had a few typical issues over the years but nothing that wasn't handled promptly and to my satisfaction. Okay US Bank, I gotta take a star away for 2 things. First, increase the limit on how much I can deposit from my phone. I've been with you for years! I've earned the trust! And second, the touch screen ATM at the Vista location straight up SUCKS. The screen is not intuitive or sensitive so when you attempt to make your selection on this sucky "touch screen", nothing registers because it doesn't recognize any sort of touch. And worse, the keypad is so limited on selections that you can't use it as a backup. So you're forced to send up a prayer to the ATM spirits that the screen will be kind and recognize my angry finger is jabbing it. And I can't possibly be the only person who has issues because when I'm in line, listening to music and watching the driver in front of me attempt to navigate the touch screen, I've heard (and seen) some pretty humorous things. Please fix your touch screen so it actually recognizes a touch!

One of the most frustrating issues involved the appraisal. We were led to believe that the appraisal had been scheduled, only to later discover that it had not been handled as expected. This caused unnecessary confusion and delays during an already stressful process. As a result of these issues, our closing date had to be extended, creating significant inconvenience and uncertainty for our family. Purchasing a home is one of the most important financial transactions most people will make, and I expected a much higher level of professionalism, transparency, and follow-through. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Roberto Castillo to anyone looking for a mortgage advisor who is proactive, communicative, and committed to keeping a loan transaction on schedule.

I met with Associate Roving Personal Banker, Kristina Najar. She was kind, professional and she had a great personality. I ordered a new bank card and she answered all of my personal Loan questions. I felt that my banking experience was a Five Star Customer Service Experience. Also the new white chairs were so soft...like butter and the lobby was beautiful and upscale. I did ask the bank manager if I could photograph the lobby, but he said no. I do understand as a safety precaution. Anyway, the bank was quiet and I was able to speak to Kristina in between her appointments. So lucky for me. What a fabulous Banker and Banking experience today. As a roving personal banker, Kristina gets to go and work at many of the Wells Fargo branches. I was so lucky she was at Disc Drive today. Thank you so much.
